Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

Slechte ontvangst! Bij het inchecken kregen we, na het welkomstdrankje en de uitnodiging voor een welkomstgeschenk, een kamer met uitzicht op de stad aangeboden, terwijl we een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad hadden geboekt (beter uitzicht en duurder). (Ongeveer 15.000 roepies / 150 dollar per nacht) We moesten twee keer de trap op en af ​​om verschillende kamers te bekijken. De receptionist deed zijn best om ons een goedkopere kamer aan te bieden met toegang tot de lounge. Pas toen we voet bij stuk hielden, kregen we na een uur wachten de kamer waar we voor betaald hadden. Uiteindelijk konden we om 18:00 uur inchecken. Ik snap de logica erachter niet om ons niet de kamer te geven waar we voor betaald hadden. Boek dit hotel zeker niet tijdens het hoogseizoen (kerstvakantie). Het is dan erg chaotisch. De roomservice was goed. De kamer was schoon. De kamer had een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad. We hadden een nieuwjaarsfeest bij het zwembad geboekt, maar dat viel enorm tegen. Slechte muziek, gemiddeld eten en ondermaatse drankjes. Het ontbijt is een pluspunt en het personeel is vriendelijk. Verblijf hier als je een goede aanbieding kunt vinden.

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!
