Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

La chambre était magnifique ! en fait plutôt un appartement qu'une chambre... dommage d'être seule pour en profiter, mais c'est le jeu quand on voyage pour le travail. Propre, et bien décoré, le seul bémol (de taile pourtant) est la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude. Un bug de chaudière certainement.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone who will listen. I travel to Europe every 6 months. It was the first time I have been to Strasbourg and the 3rd time to France and I loved it. The most helpful and friendly staff absolutely wonderful place. The only disappointment was the gym, we are avid gym goers but we walked plenty to make up for it!!

場所はクレベール広場すぐで静かな所でした
ただ駅、プチットフランス、大聖堂のいずれも少し歩きます
部屋は清潔ですが、ドアすぐに机があり椅子を少しでも出していると出入りが出来ません
また重い椅子のため動かすのが面倒でした
ティッシュなどもなく、机の前に鏡もないので少し不便に感じることもありました
朝食はテラスで食べることも出来、内容も都会の四つ星には劣ります。サラダがもう少し充実するといいなと思いました。

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeer hoog en de locatie is fantastisch. Ik wilde aanvankelijk niet 7 uur van Zwitserland naar Parijs rijden, dus boekte ik halverwege, en het bleek een onverwacht goede plek te zijn.

Really lovely hotel with fantastic service !
Cozy and comfortable as home.
Although location is a bit tricky but I will definitely comeback for holiday !
The food served in a restaurant is beautiful and wine list is amazing too. Must go check at the restaurant and the bar in the hotel while staying there.

kamergrootte is redelijk, locatie is ongeveer 800m van het treinstation, 10-15 min lopen, geweldige locatie omdat het in de buurt is van veel cafés en restaurants
als je ingecheckte bagage meeneemt, kan het lastiger zijn om het bagagewiel door de stenen paden rond het hotel te slepen.
kast heeft geen bidet, zoals Europese standaard, dus als je het nodig hebt, kun je overwegen om een draagbare elektrische bidet mee te nemen, de waterstroom is een beetje klein, maar dat is gewoon persoonlijke voorkeur, verder is alles goed

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

AAmerica7146Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience.
The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression.
That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing.
We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.
Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating.
In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

SSuantouJEWELIn Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

YysunExcellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

WWahyu Hwangroom size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants
if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel.
closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good
