Check in and check out was seamless. Just that the furniture and fixtures in the room were a bit old and needs renovation.

Location is very good. Love the bed and pillows, very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. Breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!

We stay here every other month. Everything is excellent. Their Salt & Pepper restaurant has amazing food. It is 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. Calbayog is perfectly situated for a hop flight of about an hour to Manila or Cebu.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Hotel was op zichzelf goed. Schone en goede locatie. Maar het enige probleem deze keer was het zwembad en het eten. We konden het zwembad 's avonds niet gebruiken omdat ze het aan het schoonmaken waren. Ze stopten chloor En het eten. Zo zou het moeten zijn, het was een ontbijtbuffet. Maar dat was niet het geval. Dat was de enige reden waarom we altijd dit hotel kiezen, omdat het ontbijt echt goed was (het buffet)?

De receptie stemde ermee in om om 11:15 uur een taxi voor me te regelen. Ik checkte uit en vroeg naar de taxi. Ze rekenden me 300 dollar en vertelden me vervolgens dat het de hotelshuttle was, geen taxi, en dat ik op andere gasten moest wachten. Ik moest op twee plekken stoppen en ik had een taxi nodig. Ze zeiden nee, dat was niet wat ik had gevraagd (en ze stemden toe). Toen begonnen ze in hun eigen taal tegen elkaar te praten en te lachen. Ik weet niet wat er grappig was. Ik kreeg nog steeds geen taxi. Alleen hun taxichauffeur zonder andere gasten. Teleurstellend.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.
