El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal de recepción muy amable y atentos. La señora que nos apoyo en la limpieza una excelente actitud y servicio. En general el hotel es muy bueno en costo y ubicación. Su restaurante su comida tiene muy buena sazón pero el servicio de meseros es super pésimo, pides algo al tiempo (temperatura ambiente) y te dan el jugo natural como si fuera café, sus meseros con una flojera que parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte, eso que es temporada baja pero bueno, la calificación del servicio es en específico por el restaurant, salgan afuera al bulevar hay muchos más restaurantes con mejor servicio y muy buena sazón.

很不錯的酒店，我的房間正好對着泳池，光線和視野都不錯
好像不能打開窗户，會有點悶
不含早餐這點不太好，但實際上酒店是有自助早餐的，攜程上買不到帶早餐的，衹能自己現場買，一百多人民幣一個人，如果出差的話建議check in的時候就買好，可以讓前台一起開發票

Cuando llegue al hotel solicité mi reserva , me enviaron a la habitación más alejada , al entrar a la habitación estaba muy oscura , con demasiada humedad , el clima con moho y lo peor sin ventana a ningún lado , por lo que pregunté por qué esa habitación y me dijeron que si quería cambiar tendrá que pagar 200 pesos, posteriormente tuve que mostrarle las fotos que aparecen en su publicación y después de media hora , de mala gana , me ofrecieron la habitación que coincidía con la imagen de la publicación

In general the hotel is very good in cost and location. Your restaurant your food is very good, but the service of the shoppers is super bad, you ask something at the time (common temperature) and give you the natural juice as if it was coffee, your shoppers with a floral that seems to make you a pleasant pleasure to attend, That is low season but good, the service rating is specific to the restaurant, go out to the boulevard there are many more restaurants with better service and very good season.
