very good experieance to stay in this holiday, nice staff and will book again

The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber＞＞ Lesson learned

Very convenient to airport. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, fresh and hot and the customer service was excellent. Very pleased with our stay.

Een hotel ontworpen door John Portman, waar u tijdens uw verblijf beroemde architectuur kunt ervaren. Goedkoop, de kamer is vrij ruim en de prijs is hoog. Het vervoer is handig en het ligt op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Als u een auto huurt of zelf rijdt, is de 55 dollar om in het hotel te parkeren niet rendabel, maar er zijn veel andere parkeerterreinen in de buurt, evenals straatfeesten, zodat u met een gerust hart in de buurt kunt parkeren. De roomservice van het hotel is gemiddeld. De Indiërs die de telefoon opnamen waren erg onverschillig. Bovendien hebben zich in het midden enkele kleine incidenten voorgedaan en kan de geplande tijd helemaal niet worden gewijzigd. De serviceinstelling van Ctrip is echter erg goed en het resolutieresultaat is zeer bevredigend.

호텔에 들어서는 순간 너무 좋았고, 방안은 쾌적하고 깨끗했습니다. 침대나 모든 가구들이 너무 깔끔하고 방 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 전체적인 호텔 모든 구석구석 다 좋았습니다!! 다음에도 꼭 다시 이용할거예요!

翌朝早朝便だったので、空港から近いことで利用しました。朝食は6時ピッタリから開始！種類は多くないですがアーモンドミルクやデカフェなどがあって良かったです！空港へのシャトルバスも20分間隔で助かりました。アトランタ空港はハブ空港にてかなり広く、1時間半前の出発でも手荷物検査など混雑しておりギリギリの搭乗にて2時間前出発をオススメします！
