Ik kon mijn bagage een paar dagen gratis in het hotel achterlaten terwijl ik ging wandelen. Het hotel is altijd schoon en gezellig. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een magnetron, waterkoeler en massagestoelen. Een perfecte keuze voor soloreizigers!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The location is absolutely unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Kansai International Airport, making it incredibly convenient for early flights or long layovers. No need to worry about taxis or long transfers — you can walk straight from the terminal to the hotel with ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with great views of the airport runway and surrounding sea. The beds were cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent — I was able to sleep well despite being so close to the runways. There’s a great selection of restaurants and cafes right onsite or nearby, so finding a good meal was never a challenge. Whether I wanted Japanese cuisine, something casual, or a coffee before heading out, there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, especially with luggage storage and checking flight times. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. "Laat ik eerst de slechte dingen bespreken: 1. Soms is er warm water beschikbaar, soms niet. Douchen is vergelijkbaar met guerrillaoorlogvoering. Het ene moment is het verschrikkelijk warm, en het andere moment is het verschrikkelijk koud. 2. De kamer en het toilet zijn erg klein en het is moeilijk om te draaien in het toilet. Dit is waarschijnlijk gebruikelijk bij de meeste hotels. 3. Het bed staat te dicht bij het raam en het is te koud. Het is verschrikkelijk koud op plekken waar de kachel niet kan komen. 4. Het ontbijt was om 8 uur, maar er was niet voldoende eten bereid. Na een verblijf van drie dagen werd om 8.15 uur het basisvoedsel weggehaald. De bevoorrading verliep te langzaam en veel mensen vertrokken toen ze zagen dat er geen voedsel meer was. Laten we het over de voordelen hebben: 1. Zeer dicht bij de metro, net beneden 2. Direct in de schilderachtige omgeving kunnen we naar beneden gaan om de schilderachtige plekjes te zien waar anderen van ver komen om te zien 3. Gratis drankjes in de lobby"

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as Japan's top choice. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Housekeeping replaces toiletries daily, and the room facilities are excellent. It's conveniently located, and they offer a free, abundant, and well-balanced breakfast. Plus, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee available all day. I stayed for four days this time and will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka. I also heartily recommend it to all my travel-loving friends!

What we found especially charming was that all the amenities were displayed in the lobby and were free for guests to take. They had everything you could possibly need—even face masks, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere felt more like a modern student accommodation than a traditional hotel, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly, the rooftop bar was fantastic, and bike rentals were available. They also had a cafeteria-style common area with a coffee machine, microwaves, and water dispensers, making it the perfect place to enjoy food from the convenience store. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay, and we'd happily stay here again.

This is my second time going to this hotel as my first experience was so good. I went solo this time round and I was impressed by it again. Superb location as it is walkable distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market and Namba area and Nipponbanshi station. Staff are super friendly. The bread and drinks for breakfast was so good and convenient. Will always recommend this to anyone who is going to Osaka on a trip :) And I am planning to come back to this hotel again while booking my next trip to Osaka now for June.

The T0 hotel in Rinku Town has zero shortcomings—its facilities, environment, room size, views, and location are all top-notch. You can practically walk to the station with your eyes closed, and it's just one stop away from Kansai International Airport. It's my must-stay hotel every time I visit Osaka! I especially have to mention the unbeatable ocean view; a view like this would easily command a sky-high price back in China!

This was my first trip to Japan with my child, and I spent a long time looking for a triple room close to Nihonbashi. The hotel is perfect for young people who enjoy nightlife, as it's surrounded by clubs and bars. It's also ideal for first-time visitors to Osaka and young people who love shopping. There are also many anime/manga stores and bookstores nearby, so my child enjoyed it too. Overall, it's very convenient for dining and shopping. Although the hotel is small, it's very clean and has bathtubs in the rooms. Compared to Hong Kong hotels, which are also known for being small, this one is significantly better. The only downside is that the hotel's breakfast was a bit... indescribable, so you might want to skip booking breakfast.

Our stay was incredibly worthwhile. The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were wonderful, especially one lady who kindly helped me with the self-service laundry machine. This stay made our family trip to Osaka very happy and comfortable. Plus, there's a large Yongsheng Supermarket right below the hotel, and it's super close to the Shiyotsubashi subway station. Walking to Shinsaibashi is also very convenient. The hotel room even provided an air purifier, so there were no unpleasant odors, which is crucial for me. I also really appreciate the hotel providing a proof of stay. Next time I'm in Osaka, I'll definitely stay here again; it offers excellent value for money.

I stayed for a night in this hostel recently when I needed to catch an early ride to the airport from the train station. The location is superbly central and also easy to find thanks to the giant strawberry above the entrance. The dorm environment was quiet during my stay here and everything was very clean. The aircon was cold but the warm comforter ensured a great night’s sleep. Both shampoo and bath gel are available in the shower room and after staying in about ten different hotels and hostels during my trip, I must say that the scent of the gel here is my favourite! The dormitories is located on the third floor with no elevators so it may be daunting for the physically dis-inclined, especially after a typical long day of walking everywhere in Japan. All in all, I’d give this hostel 5 stars for it’s high ‘CP value’.

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

I had a great stay, and I would especially like to thank X Xiang for the outstanding service. X Xiang was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the excellent service from X Xiang made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Prime location. Eateries and shopping near hotel. Hotel room lighting is dimmed in comparison to other hotel. The lift and walkway is dimmed. There's no closet in the room however few hangers were provided. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom.There's a washing machine which has a loud chime, which might disturb your sleep if it was used at night. Check in was fast however I was not informed on the welcome drinks and free amenities during checked in. So it was missed out. There was a picture frame hung on top of one of the bed which i felt that it was inappropriate, and posed as a safety hazard to the one sleeping underneath the picture frame. Another consideration for friends sharing twin room as there was no privacy due to shower area has no hook or shelf to place clothing. So basically have to change out in the room or in the toilet. Room size is good for big luggages for a twin sharing room. Overall, still a good option as the location is fantastic! Clean and quiet rooms too.
