Nice and convenient hotel. There's Aeon downstairs and plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes' distance.
No bottled water provided but, you can refill your own in the lobby.

Super near shinsaibashi-suji and dotonbori! Many convenience stores around and train station is 1 min away. Only downside would be that there’s no laundromat in the hotel! Theres a microwave you can use on one of the floors as well as water dispenser and vending machines. It’s extremely pretty at night :)

The hotel has a great location. The room is a bit tiny but it is fine. The breakfast is so so. The lady who is in the breakfast room is some kind rude. It looks like she will watch you when you have the breakfast, when you want to start a new plate she would said no no and you could only select smaller plate to fill in food, can't use the large one. Also after you get food from the pot, she will use the cloth to wipe the nearby place even it is very clean. Feel very uncomfortable. Will never have breakfat here again.

Staffs are well serviced,room not too small ,besides are aeon food style and McDonald ,hotel near underground shopping stores feeling good with this hotel
