The location was fantastic, connected directly to the station, bus interchange and shopping malls. The room was probably the biggest I have stayed at in Japan, which was great when sharing with a friend. The tatami sitting area was great to sit in and enjoy the station view, with the trains coming and going. Was not disturbed by any train noise however. They also gave a sheet noting the times you can view specific train models from your room window. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Would stay here again next time I'm in Akita.

The hotel has a very good location. Although not immediately next to the JR station, it's a short and easy walk to get to the hotel from Akita Station. When you see the Museum of Art in the photo, you are arriving. Also, the famous Senshū Park is just across from the street.
It's a grand hotel with nice rooms. The staff are friendly and professional.
It's not far from the bar district. There are many interesting bars over there. After a couple of drinks, you can just walk back to the hotel.

The paid parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor, which is very convenient.
The hot spring is spacious and Korean-style, and it comes with a sauna room and a cold bath. There are three washing machines each in the men’s and women’s hot spring areas. Guests can also enjoy free massage chairs and complimentary ice pops (ice cream) after the bath.

Travel Diary: Discovering Nyuto Onsen Village
This trip started out as a simple decision—just seeing pictures of the beautiful onsen and the hotel's breakfast and dinner package! It was such a compelling decision that I didn't even bother researching the location.
What surprised me most was finding my hotel near Nyuto Onsen Village, a famous historic hot spring village, with a clear view of Lake Tazawako.
I spent time exploring the village's seven onsens, each with its own unique charm and hot spring qualities, making this trip even more rewarding than I had anticipated.

I've already made up my mind that on my next trip, I'll book a hotel during a heavy snowfall so I can soak in Tsurunoyu Onsen. The sight of the outdoor baths in the snow is absolutely captivating. Soaking in the milky hot springs in the winter atmosphere is truly an unforgettable experience.

Hotel and rooms are old but still nice. Direct Lake View is great. Unfortunately hotel is profit oriented instead of customer oriented. Be customer focused and profit will follow…. Outside onsen is basic but with nice view. Everything overpriced! (Set Dinner 11 000 Yen !! Choose please! Either you upgrade and can ask these over the top prices, or you leave everything in this very old state, but then do not expect people to pay these rates… Also music in corridor too loud. Wakes up everybody around 6AM…. Only hotel where there was no lounge happy hour with some free drinks and snacks….

The location of this hotel is super good right at train station & parking is in the same building w reasonable price of $520 yen. The only thing we are really unhappy is about the front desk the lady there are not helpful & sound a bit rude to us. We requesting 2 extra pillow she insist us to go down drink desk to collect it, we said we are tired can they send up, but she just said NO, w a rude voice. For Japanese famous of good service & polite this is very rare to meet but we are unfortunate.

Een nieuw geopend hotel eind juli 2023. Het ligt in het stadscentrum. Het is erg handig om naar de winkelstraat te lopen. Hoewel de parkeerplaats van het hotel erg klein is, is er een zeer goedkope parkeerplaats ernaast. Het kost slechts 400 yen per nacht.
Omdat het onlangs is geopend, is de uitrusting van het hotel bovendien geheel nieuw.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het Tazawako-meer en het is ongeveer 30 minuten lopen naar het meer, waardoor het een goed alternatief is als je het meer wilt bekijken maar er niet wilt overnachten. Het onsenwater is redelijk, maar niet te vergelijken met het water in de onsen bij Nyuto. Er staan een paar kersenbomen buiten het hotel en het is er prachtig in mei.

GGuest UserIt was very beautiful and the room was large and very comfortable. There is no pass shower in the room, but there is a large communal bath and I was able to enjoy the feeling of a hot spring. The staff was kind and polite. I would like to stay with breakfast next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Odate City, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping areas. We drove ourselves, and free parking was provided. The onsen facilities were adequate. While breakfast and dinner were not served, complimentary ramen and rice were available in the evenings. The staff were also very friendly and polite. It's a hotel I would recommend to friends.

MMan0210I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Japan. One highlight was how fast and efficient the hotel check-in process was. And the overnight parking is available at a nearby building for ¥1,000.
The room was considered spacious compared to typical hotels in Japan, which made the stay very comfortable. They also provided all essential amenities.
Breakfast was another plus, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

PPaulGXThis hotel is right next to a underground rock concert shop. It has frequent tenants who played there or attend the concerts there. If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am.
room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in.

YYINFirst of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. We couldn't open our luggage because there was no place, and we had to jump to go to the bathroom because there was no way to go. I was really angry. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?

EEddieGPrevious night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.

GGuest UserA nice hotel. We drove there and parked the car in the hotel car park which is a mechanical car park. Just make sure you’re prepared to quickly remove the luggage you need before the car is stored away for the night. Parking at the nearby car park at ground level would have been about the same price and probably more convenient for us, our fault for not researching properly.
The staff were very pleasant. The hotel is fairly close to the central park and not that far from the train station. There’s a 7 Eleven down the stairs of the hotel.

There is a convenience store next to the hotel and dozens of fantastic shops and eateries within a few minutes walking. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was well-appointed and the breakfast varied- excellent coffee too
