**Hotel Swiss-Bellin: een geweldige keuze voor zakenreizigers en vakantiegangers** Ik heb onlangs tijdens mijn zakenreis in het Swiss-Bellin Hotel verbleven en ik wilde mijn ervaringen met mijn verblijf hier delen. **1. Dienst (4/5):** Ik waardeer de vriendelijkheid en professionaliteit van het personeel van Hotel Swiss-Bellin enorm. Ze reageerden zeer goed op mijn verzoeken en waren altijd beschikbaar om de nodige informatie te verstrekken. Er waren echter een paar keer dat ik vond dat de service in het restaurant van het hotel iets sneller kon zijn. **2. Kamer (4/5):** De kamer waarin ik verbleef was redelijk comfortabel met een groot bed en de nodige basisvoorzieningen. Ik ben blij met de netheid van de kamer en de dagelijkse verstrekking van gratis drinkwater. De inrichting van de kamer is echter een beetje standaard en kan wel wat aanpassingen gebruiken. **3. Faciliteiten (3/5):** Het hotel heeft een aantal goede faciliteiten, zoals een fitnesscentrum en een zwembad, maar deze voelen wat klein en slecht onderhouden aan. Het zakencentrum is hier ook behoorlijk functioneel, maar heeft enkele technologische verbeteringen nodig. **4. Locatie (5/5):** De locatie van dit hotel is zeer goed voor mijn zakelijke doeleinden, omdat het in het zakencentrum van de stad ligt. Bovendien zijn er veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt, waardoor u gemakkelijk eten of winkelen kunt vinden. **5. Eten (3/5):** Ik probeerde te eten in het restaurant van het hotel en vond het eten redelijk goed, hoewel de menukeuze vrij beperkt was. Het ontbijtbuffet had voldoende variatie, maar was niet uitstekend. Over het geheel genomen is Hotel Swiss-Bellin een goede plek om te verblijven als u voor zaken of een korte vakantie naar de stad komt. Dit is misschien geen luxe hotel, maar de goede service en strategische ligging maken het een redelijke keuze.

部屋がとても広く、カップルの場合は死角で着替えができるほどです。 タオル類は頼めば持ってきてくれるので頼んでください。 テレビはネットTVのみ映ります。 コストパフォーマンスが良くお勧めできます。

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

Good and famous hotel in paalu

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Waktu check in di depan saya lama menyelesaikan/mencari solusi, saya cukup lama menunggu giliran, padahal ada staf yg lain, harusnya bisa bantu saya. Interior hotel sepertinya banyak warisan, gini hari TV masih manual. Kursi di kamar SDH ngga layak pakai.

Oke . Mantap. Will stay again kalo ke palu mungkin kesana lagi.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

新開業酒店，員工都很友好，房間衞生比較乾淨。餐廳味道不錯，價格略貴。亮點是有個能看海景的游泳池，到海是黃色的🤪
