This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

酒店位於紅谷灘，位置不錯，去秋水廣場很近。 前台在漢庭酒店隔壁，停車場也是一起的，給住客免費。 酒店設施新，房間寬敞，下着雨的陰冷天，開了暖空調温馨舒適，床品軟硬適中，電視幕布很大。寵物友好。 服務態度好，還給了延遲退房，給予長途跋涉的我充分休息的時間，謝謝！

The location is in a lovely part of town, right on the lake. There's lots of really nice cafes nearby too. The room was clean, and the breakfast is fantastic (it's rare for hotels in Jiangxi, even high-end ones, to have nice coffee, but this hotel did). The staff were friendly as well. An all around excellent hotel.

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

南昌的兩日遊，第一天到之前下午三點左右前台小姐姐打了電話確認有沒有開車什麼時候到，大概下午四點我們在前台辦理入住進到的第一間房，進去一股很大的黴味，床上發現了些許頭髮和一點血跡🤢🤢，然後下到前台和前台小姐姐説明情況給我們更換了房間送了牛奶和零食🤔🤔一直在道歉安撫我們的情緒，後換的房間簡單檢查了一下沒什麼大問題，正常入住了，酒店8-12層是房間樓下是洗浴和ktv我個人對這個點比較介意🙅🏻當時我們房間在九樓意外的沒有吵，隔音還不錯，當天晚上因為晝夜温差比較大凍的我瑟瑟發抖🤧回酒店之後前台小姐姐有注意到我比較冷很貼心的告知我南昌晚上風大讓我穿高領衣服或者多穿點，小姐姐服務態度是非常好的，給你點贊👍🏻然後也希望衞生條件有進一步優化，最後就是南昌很好玩，下次還來希望不要再吃胖三斤了🙃

Wanneer u naar het buitenland reist, is het betrouwbaarder om in een merkhotel te verblijven. De servicekwaliteit en de kwaliteit van het restaurant zijn onberispelijk. De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. Nadat u van de Waishuangxi-kabelbaan bent afgestapt, bent u slechts een paar minuten lopen. Het hotel ligt direct aan de helling. Na een dag bergafwaarts klimmen had ik eigenlijk geen zin om ook maar een stap te zetten, dus heb ik voor het diner gekozen voor het Chinese restaurant van het hotel. Vermeldenswaard is dat het Chinese restaurant erg lekker smaakt.

停車方便，酒店門口停車位最多5個，但往上100米有個大的停車場。寵物友好，就是周邊沒有草坪，遛狗不大方便。房間升級成套房，非常滿意。衞生間乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，很乾凈，洗澡舒服。有洗衣房有健身房有茶室。早餐不是很豐富，有現煮湯麪湯粉，現磨咖啡加分！位置佳，下山對面就是牯嶺街，右轉不遠就是運管所換乘站。當然，爬完五老峯迴家還要爬10分鐘台階也是痛苦的。退房把鏡頭漸變鏡落下了，自己還沒有發現，前台主動打電話告知，並給我發快遞，非常感謝！
