Ik vond het leuk om hier te blijven, in het platteland, rustig te blijven.
Mijn kamer was fenomenaal, een suite met een aparte zithoek en een TV met een super comfortabele slaapkamer.
De inrichting was in goede staat en het uitzicht op de rivier was verbazingwekkend.
Het restaurant was goed eten en een winkelprijs met de 10% korting die u ontvangt voor het verblijf daar.
Het personeel was heel warm en vriendelijk.
Ik zou hier zeker weer blijven.

We hebben hier verschillende malen gebleven en de managers teruggevoed over de slechte staat van de tafels en stoelen in het ontbijtgebied. Hoewel mijn feedback (met foto's) niet werd erkend, merkten we op ons laatste bezoek net voor de xmas, dat de slecht gevormde en geplakt tafels waren vervangen of hersteld en de slecht gevormde en zwakke zitplaatsen waren gereinigd en/of vervangen, Ik ben blij dat mijn feedback heeft bijgedragen aan deze zeer noodzakelijke veranderingen.
De ramen in onze kamer waren echter in een verschrikkelijke staat, bedekt met zwarte vorm en in de wanhopige behoefte aan reparatie of vervanging. Geen gezonde aanwezigheid te hebben overal. Dus hopelijk zal deze beoordeling door de juiste persoon/mensen worden gezien en gehandeld.

Prenoto in questo hotel da deversi anni, la posizione è ottima perchè si trova nel centro del paese ed è vicino a tutti i servizi.
Il pub wetherspoon è a pochi passi dall'hotel, anche altri servizi come il supermercato e questo è molto comodo soprattutto quando si è in viaggio per la lavoro.
la mia camera era spaziosa e pulita, il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile anche per le richieste extra che vengono fatte direttamente alla reception.
Il prezzo è molto giusto anche con la colazione inclusa. prenoterò di nuovo in questo hotel.

This hotel offers an excellent service from helpful and kind staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Free on-site parking. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choice of freshly cooked items. The location overlooks the river with its beautiful tow path walk. Highly recommended for all types of guests.

前台服務人員非常不專業，定了兩間房，給的房間不在一個樓層，而且離得很遠。換了間房房卡又開不開房間門。給女兒換校服郵寄快遞，在快遞網站上下好訂單第二天快遞員來取，因為我們第二天要在學校參加活動，和前台溝通把校服放在前台幫忙給一下快遞員，前台也滿口答應，但第二天快遞員來取前台取，前台竟然給快遞員説沒有…… 簡直無語，又開車回酒店取了快遞開車二十多公里郵寄出去

KKat Marie DuxWe absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed. This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us

GGuest UserThe Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

GGuest UserWe have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes.
However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

My room was phenomenal, a suite with separate seating area and TV with a super comfy bedroom.
Decor was in great condition and the view over the river was stunning.
Food in the restaurant was good and a bargain price with the 10% discount you receive for staying there.
Staff were great warm and friendly.
Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserCheck in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

GGuest UserGreat location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town.
Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/
Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are old. I booked it on short notice. I couldn't find a suitable one. I will look for a hotel with a higher rating next time.
Only breakfast is ok
The basin drain was broken. I notified the front desk but no one came to fix it when I left.
I stayed for two nights and the basin didn't work. It was very uncomfortable.

CChloe HepburnWe have been to this hotel several times, it has the basis of a fab hotel, great amenities etc but its not rub particularly well.
The pool/billiards room closes in the evening when you would assume it would be open to use for residents in the hotel, noone could ever quite tell me what time it didn't close but it was basically part of the swimming pool and gym and closed when that did. Again noone actually knew what time that was!
Paid for my puppy to stay but got no puppy treats, or puppy pack as promised!
All in all would stay again but it doesn't quite live up to its stars the way its currently being managed.
