Fácil acceso con parking. Desde el hotel se puede recorrer todo el casco histórico a pie. Muchos locales donde ir a comer, tomar algo o ir de compras en un rango de menos de 1km. Con spa, que aunque no es una maravilla, puedes disfrutar solo con los tuyos previa reserva. El servicio es agradable. No comimos en el hotel por lo que no puedo opinar de la comida, pero es preferible recorrer el centro y buscar otros sitios para comer o tapear, hay muchos. Como punto negativo, a veces en la habitación, había olor a cañería, aunque no siempre. Salimos contentos con la estancia y la visita al casco histórico de Cáceres. Recomendable

Speciale , je kunt niet eens een stel maar ook al hadden we willen eten in de eetkamer maar we wonen de scores van de beoordelingen en waren zeer laag maar de rest indrukwekkend 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. Zeer zeer aanbevolen .En we zeggen dit met kennis van zaken omdat ik zie reizen over de hele wereld en dit is van de beste .😍😍 Geschikt eenvoudig maar zeer elegant en met een schitterende smaak , schilderijen kunstwerken , Geweldig en service van het geweldige hotel , zeer mooi terras om niet te spreken van het Spa dat is zeer uitgerust met alle massage-services met snoep , sauna, stoombad en een prachtige en comfortabele tombes. We danken het personeel voor het maken van een geweldige en onvergetelijke plek ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍. Bedankt

Para ser un hotel de paso , está genial desde su piscina , que nos vino muy bien y teniendo en cuenta la calor que hacia. El personal genial y la comida muy buena. Las habitaciones amplias y nuevas, todo el hotel genial

El spa lo mejor con muy buena atención. El bar de la piscina tembien con buena atención

Een vreselijke ervaring in het hotel. Het personeel was onbeleefd, onprofessioneel en ronduit onbeschoft. We moesten bij het uitchecken ook nog eens extra betalen zonder dat we daar van tevoren over waren geïnformeerd. De kamer was echter redelijk schoon en het buitenzwembad was prachtig. Zonder het onbeschofte en onbeschofte personeel zou het een fijne plek zijn geweest om te verblijven.

This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Médio,mas poderia melhorar alguns aspectos no quarto e WC, Preço um pouco elevado,sem qualquer oferta para os clientes dentro do quarto, água, café, chá etc, etc

SUPERCÉNTRICO, A 50 METROS DE LA PLAZA MAYOR. EDIFICIO ANTIGUO, PRECIOSO. EL PARKING NO LO USAMOS AL ESTAR EN EL CENTRO EN CALLES MUY ESTRECHAS QUE A MI NO ME GUSTA, POR LO QUE APARCAMOS ALEJADOS. PARA GUSTOS LOS COLORES. EL DESAYUNO NOS PARECIÓ CARO Y PREFERIMOS DESAYUNAR EN LA PLAZA MAYOR. PERO: MUY GUAY LA HABITACIÓN Y LAS VISTAS Y LA CALMA.

Awesome place. The facilities are super new. The breakfast is good. The room is big and has all the equipment needed.

非常漂亮的古堡酒店，就在中心廣場邊上，房間乾淨漂亮，酒店有很多古典裝修設計，大堂瓷磚畫和廊柱美輪美奐。 前台很熱情，淳樸的本地人，英文很好，中文會説“你好”👍。 房間備有熱水壺，有個大陽台，早餐很豐富。是個令人驚艷的酒店。 酒店到周邊古羅馬景區步行2-10分鐘，前台會提供地圖和指引。旁邊鐘樓有，十五分鐘響一下，具有當地氛圍，但關閉的室內聽不到。 酒店附近就有極棒的米其林餐廳，有英文菜單，多人點分享款，菜品很精緻，服務員英語不好，全靠翻譯器和猜才能吃上。。 預訂後，酒店發西語的預訂郵件，有點看不懂。
