We zijn met mijn ouders overgestapt van het Andaz naar het Swissôtel. Mijn ouders vonden dat het Swissôtel veel uitgebreidere faciliteiten had, inclusief een sauna bij het zwembad. Het water was op de juiste temperatuur en het zwembad was groot genoeg. Ik wil vooral het ontbijt in het Xin Nan Xuan op de derde verdieping van het hotel prijzen; de kwaliteit was zelfs beter dan de meeste dim sum in Guangdong. Er was 's nachts een vervelend incident op de parkeerplaats tijdens ons verblijf, maar gelukkig heeft het hotel ons tijdig geïnformeerd, zodat onze plannen voor de volgende dag niet werden beïnvloed. De hygiëne van het hotel was niet zo slecht als in sommige recensies vermeld; voor een hotel dat al vele jaren open is, waren de staat van de kamers en de hygiëne uitstekend.

Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

We were there for a 2 night stay. Generally the accommodation was decent, the room and environment was clean. Last but not least, particularly Miss 柳 was very helpful during our stay. After knowing what we wanted, she directed us where to go. We thanks Miss 柳，she really makes our stay felt interesting and always make our day. For those who like food, 美食街is the right place. And staying in this hotel is recommended.

het slechtste Grand Mercure waar ik ooit heb verbleven, werd gebeten door bedwantsen over mijn hele hand en been, de kamer heeft een beschimmelde geur en een beetje vochtig, de receptioniste en het hotelpersoneel kunnen helemaal geen Engels spreken, serieus een accor groepshotel?!

Van de gezellige verjaardagsdecoraties in de kamer tot de speciale upgrade naar een kamer met uitzicht op de vlagceremonie op het Wuyi-plein, en de cadeaubonnen voor de executive lounge en het dubbele ontbijt – elk detail weerspiegelde de professionele en attente service van jullie hotel. Als een gerenommeerd vijfsterrenhotel in Fuzhou is jullie etablis*****t niet alleen gunstig gelegen, maar geeft het gasten ook een gevoel van oprechte zorg en respect. Deze verjaardagservaring was onvergetelijk, ik kijk uit naar een volgend bezoek!

We had stayed in Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel for 4 nights and then extended for another 2 nights. The Executive Floor rooms are spacious, well maintained and with good views. The many value added services that came with the Executive Room was a very pleasant surprise. These included daily access to the Exec Lounge for high tea and happy hour, one piece of free laundry per day, free mini bar drinks and daily fruit platter (both replenished daily). The service staff stationed on the Executive Floor is efficient, responsive and always ready to greet us with a cheerful smile. The hotel is just next to West Lake and cane be conveniently access via access gate to the broadwalk. Will highly recommend this hotel especially the Executive Rooms.

De dames en heren bij de receptie zijn erg beleefd. De lobby van het hotel is ruim en licht. De kamer is voorzien van centrale airconditioning, maar het is misschien een beetje oud De badkamer is droog en nat en de kamer is zeer schoon. De locatie van het hotel is goed van de deur is gemiddeld. Soms hoor je het geluid buiten de deur. Maar over het algemeen was het een zeer comfortabele woonervaring.

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.
