Ubicazione non delle migliori, con posizione in una zona industriale. Accoglienza molto positiva, personale cordiale e molto efficiente. Stanza molto grande e con tutto ciò che serve (sarebbe stata gradita una macchina per il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto richiedere 2 cuscini aggiuntivi, poiché non ve ne erano di scorta nell'armadio ed i 2 presenti sul letto erano molto bassi. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante interno la sera, e ne siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Helaas waren we teleurgesteld in de reservering die ik maakte, denkend aan de kwaliteit van Ramada. Hoewel we aangaven dat er handdoeken ontbraken en versleten waren, geen shampoo meer had, en dat er een bevlekt kussen in de kamer lag, hebben we ongeveer 1 uur gewacht met het excuus van de dichtheid. Omdat we van ver kwamen, was het vervelend, ook al waren er kleine gebreken. Hoewel de koffieservice de wachttijd enigszins verlichtte, hebben ze meer bedienend personeel nodig.

Otel konumu gereği çok kullanışlı. Hizmet kalitesi ***et iyiydi, otel çalışanları çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Odaların büyüklüğü ***et yeterli oluyor özellikle tek kalacaklar ve sigara kullanılmayan oda isteyenler için çok güzeldi.

- Location is 15 minutes walk from the stadium, in a position that can only be match-oriented brides. I'm not going to be the traffic on the day of the match.
- In my room where I stayed, bath shampoo and shower gel dispenser were playing constantly, it was very difficult to press. They would be interested in the exit.
- The phone in the room wasn't working. My call was immediately helpful, corrected.
- As the location is adjacent to the industrial stadium, none of the package service applications are supported but also in an area where only 7-8 of them are served from the package restaurants. So you want to eat from the restaurant. You also read QR at the restaurant and review the menu. You enjoy the price of Samsunspor fan menus, tea comes to make up a little bit, and the speed needs to be increased in the slow restaurant, and the price x on the menu comes 1.5x why I called them samsunspor menus There is such nonsense in the menu, and they are tired of waiting and the last time they go to the safe, the authorized friends there are busy in the process within 15 minutes after they go to my room, the price is very busy. He stated that it would help, I waited 5 minutes in the lobby and solved the problem, but it is not nice to be kept waiting and asked to be disturbed for this situation in the room. I respect this situation because of the rising prices of drinks that were told that the mini bars were not put in because it was difficult to follow completely empty, formerly drinking was only water and kettle in the room.
-I had no problem with the stylish quality premium in-room design and comfortable beds available room cleaning.
- It was helped very quickly when I asked for towel change in the room.
- The Internet is available but at average speed.
– Suitable rooms for business trips are equipped with bedside work tables and extra desk lamp.
- No ceiling lighting is available in the bed compartment of the room, more pleasant back of bed RGB LEDs are available.
- There is an in-room ironing service.
-There is no Spa in the hotel, but there is fitness.
- Breakfast was tremendous. Although I did not go late and gathered they welcomed quite kind and kindly.
- It was a normal hotel with a 4 star concept. I suggest you come, of course, thinking that it's a sub segment, not a Radisson Blu level.
- No smoking smell was present in the non-smoking rooms found in other comments, floor-based non-smoking rooms were separated and I never smelled.
- My room on the side of the stadium was extremely quiet.
I suggest you choose the Stad side. I would like to say that the insulation is absolutely very high quality by stating that the room is quiet and generally does not come in the sound of the floor because I came after the match.
It was a nice weekend.

The reception officer who made this mistake welcomed the incident as though it was very normal and apologised. It wasn't careful if we accepted. No compensation, etc. We did not even talk. We left early in the morning. The service sector could be in such places in a country.

HhanshuizibiIt is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center.
The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye.
The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.
