"We kwamen een nachtje in Den Bosch logeren, omdat we naar de foute party gingen. De kamer was best klein, maar schoon en met een heerlijk bed. Ook lag het hotel midden in het centrum, wat ideaal was. Je kon voor een betaalbaar tarief parkeren tegenover het hotel. De service was uitstekend. Alleen maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel gezien en gesproken. Zeer tevreden en zekerheden aanrader. We komen hier zeker terug."

First business trip to the company's European headquarters. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets and multiple restaurants nearby, providing complete living facilities. There are bicycles available for rent outside the hotel, and you can ride them for sightseeing when the weather is good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

Location was the best
The service was great, but the room was not very clean.
As I am having asthma, I noticed it.
The carpet was vacumed, but they forgot the sides and the corners.
Same for the bathroom.

M I ParamitaThe location is beside the train station. However, I reached the hotel very late, close to midnight. Unsure where to go to the other side since I reached Eindhoven by FlixBus, so I had to take Bolt instead; otherwise, it would take ages figuring out the way. I asked the NS officer, and he was also unsure, lol.
The room was pretty clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was not flushed properly beforehand. The water in the bowl was brown and murky. Unsure if this was accidental or not since, by right, the room was already cleaned by the cleaning service department. The flushing mechanism was super slow, so this may be the cause of the accidental dirty toilet bowl before we even used it. I did not complain to the staff since it’s already pretty late, and we were rushing to wake up early as well.
The fire alarm blared at 6 a.m. too, and the announcement was for us to evacuate the building. Hesitating to do so since it’s super cold, but when we tried to go down to the staircases, the tenants from the rooms next door came back tired and said there’s nothing wrong at all. Duh.
Other than that, it’s OK for us with Social Hub. It’s always our favorite hotel to stay in the Netherlands.

Sandra MacauI enjoyed the messaging of the hotel with the whole ”check in, stay out” mentality where they encourage you to explore the city. Despite this, the living area on the ground floor had a lot of spacious seating and tables for those who did want to stay and work away or just chill. The grounds that the hotel has are a nice and private separation from the vibrant energy from the bars/restaurants nearby, which is nice since that meant noise heard in the room was less.
The rooms were nice and had a good sofa bench area alongside the beds. The shower area is visible from the beds and is only partially translucent (still can see a lot though), so for people like friends/business partners who may want the privacy while showering may find this to be an issue. The toilet is in an enclosed powder room right at the front of the room, a closet, and a pole with circular metal trays which is what we used to place things.
The service staff were really helpful, we had a few complications with how to assign the room but they managed to resolve it quickly. Luggage storage was a couple of self-service lockers near the elevator and were quite easy to use too.

Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges.
This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment.

Very good hotel with amazing location, in total this year we stayed in three different rooms and they all were pretty nice.
The only bad part was about trip com– the hotel didn’t get my reservation on time and when we arrived the room was taken, even though we paid for it 3 days before arrival. It was quite upsetting, but they gave us our room on the second day and in the end it was interesting experience because we lived in two completely different rooms during our nice trip.
Also, not very a bad thing since in Europe people used to wear shoes inside, but the carpets made my feet very itchy, which I think was because of the cleaning supplies they use. It’s not a bad thing for me also because it means they actually clean them well hahah
Anyway, we will go live in this hotel much more in this hotel for sure!

Guest UserProfessional and courteous staff, room and hotel in general were very clean, modern and met my needs. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of food and drinks. This is my second visit to Breda and I have stayed here on both occasions, I like this hotel and it is only a short walk, through the station, to the city centre and is good value.

Guest UserThe room was spacious by European standards, and the price was very reasonable. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so even if you arrive late, someone will be there to assist you. The parking lot is large and convenient, and parking fees are paid at the front desk.

No mini bar
Cracking bed
Nice environment, pleasant location near the center
Exposure policy, unfortunately no bathing days also outdoor swimming pool naked, from above you can just look down at swimming people, feel uncomfortable and yet pay extra not clearly during booking that wellness was paying.
Breakfast is in good order, no salmon or tuna, no plant or lactose-free alternatives, but ok.
