"A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended."

"The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh."

"I had a wonderful one-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort. The hotel is very kids-friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They have a great kids club and a fun water park that kept the children entertained throughout the stay. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful—peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest and recharge. I was also impressed with the food at the hotel. The meals were delicious and offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. "Charming Boutique Stay in the Heart of Ipoh. A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons. We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels. Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh."

"Hoi Tuil Haven, Mijn eerste bezoek aan Tuil Haven was om meer te weten te komen. Ik boekte 2 uur voor aankomst in Ipoh, omdat mijn man net aan Tuil Haven was herinnerd, dus ik heb het gecontroleerd en hier een kamer gereserveerd. Echt een mooie residentie aan het meer. De receptioniste is erg vriendelijk en verleent snelle service bij het in- en uitchecken. (Indiase dame) Zo aardig van haar, ik vergat haar naam te vragen. Het landschap en het uitzicht waren geweldig. De kamer was ook zo mooi en schoon. Het toilet is erg schoon en ik ben dol op het concept van het toilet. Ik ben dol op het uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Ik had uitzicht op het meer en de zonsondergang, wat erg fijn is. De kamer was erg ruim voor ons en we kregen gratis hapjes en drankjes. De voorzieningen waren perfect en compleet. En we kregen gratis versnaperingen in het restaurant. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt ook verschillende keuzes. Het zwembad is erg groot. Er is een zwembad voor volwassenen en kinderen en er is een jacuzzi. Ik vind alles hier geweldig, inclusief de makkelijke parkeergelegenheid en de vele activiteiten die je er kunt doen. Er zijn veel goede plekken om mooie foto's te maken."

"Have a wonder stay in this hotel. The location is good and near to one of the famous seafood restaurants. The manager (Steven) is very friendly and helpful, We will for sure stay back this hotel for our next trip in Teluk Intan."

"The location is great, the front desk staff are very friendly, and there is an elevator to go upstairs. Mineral water and bread are provided for the guests. The room space is quite adequate, and the bed is very comfortable—I slept very well. The only downside is that my room was quite close to the elevator, and the soundproofing isn't great. I often heard the sound of the elevator doors opening and closing in the morning while I was sleeping. Everything else was excellent."
