Hotel, com um ar requintado, quarto confortável e ótimo pequeno almoço. No entanto, o facto de não possuírem vários tamanhos de almofada considero ser uma falha a corrigir. Um facto que pode condicionar uma boa noite de sono.

The rooms are largely located in the former farm building. The air conditioning works well and heats the room in the winter months. The room is equipped with a medium standard. The rooms offer fresh water and a water cooker for tea. Breakfast is delicious and breakfast eggs are freshly prepared on request. The dinners offered are also very delicious. This is a house-defined 3-G-wide menu. Cost item 45 €, with wine sample (4 wines) 60 €. The owner of the wine is the host and will be happy to give information on all the questions of wine farming, as well as on attractions in the nearer and further surroundings. Different port wines, red and white wines are offered for expension and purchase.

buenas, las instalaciones de los baños son mejorables, los grifos de los lavabos sobresalen demasiado siendo algo peligrosos si intentas agacharte para lavarte la cara.

The hotel is nece and has a good breakfast. We did not use the pool but seemed pleasent. The location is fantastic and having parking in the city is also. Plus even though it won't be enough for everyone. Right by the river for a nice walk. What I would change is removing the carpet from rooms. Ours had stains which doesn't give you the best impression of clean.

Espaço muito agradável, com vistas bonitas e desafogadas. Ambiente sossegado e propício ao descanso. Bom serviço de restauração e bom pequeno almoço. Quartos limpos e confortáveis com grandes terraços privativos. Experiência a repetir!

Beautiful hotel and great service. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning broke down and we were not offered an alternative room. It is regrettable given that it would have otherwise been a perfect stay.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

Hotel location is great, right in the center. Room is a bit outdated, but clean. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple but ample, come with scrambled eggs and bacon's, cornflakes and different breads. Rception staff was helpful

Otima experiência tudo muito bom quarto bem decorado e limpo com café e agua como mimo para receber os ospedes spa especular piscina interior com água bem quentinha sauna e turco como deve ser. O pequeno almoço com muita variedade e estava tudo muito bom. Staff simpático e amigável. Com certeza um lugar de eleição.
