As the name implies the hotel is right by the castle and within easy walking distance of the sights and the Roman bridge. Parking is available immediately under the hotel with a lift. Our bedroom 105 was large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was good. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good value at €85 b&b.

Just exceptional. The room was comfy, the spa wonderful, breakfast buffet excellent. The whole place was spotless but what made it for us was the staff... friendly and professional. Nothing was too much bother. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, right in the middle of the city. Walkable to multiple restaurants and cafes. Would give it 10 stars

Reception very slow. Rooms far too small for a 4 star hotel. On the positive side the people are very nice and apologetic. All this was noticed during the first half hour since our arrival. Knowing that first impressions are the most important ….

Nice modern building. The reception stuff sometimes either didn't know English or was a bit confused. a/c controlled from office, so very difficult to get temperature right. Good location. nice and clean, Just OK breakfast, no tissues in the room.

Loved the Hotel and received excellent service from the front desk. The room ( due to availability) was a bit dark and on the ground floor. I was notified prior to coming and felt like something complimentary would have made up for it. The construction next door made it impossible to open the windows which contributed to the darkness. However, the room was spotless and in excellent and modern condition. It was also very quiet.
