Wat betreft het Ibis-hotel: na twee keer in een hotel vlakbij het treinstation te hebben verbleven, heb ik het opgegeven. Ik zal er waarschijnlijk niet meer verblijven, of ik nu rijk of arm ben.
Er is nooit water om je gezicht te wassen. De muren van de badkamer zijn ongelooflijk donker en vies.
De foto laat zien hoeveel water ik heb gebruikt om mijn gezicht te wassen en 's nachts te douchen. Ik voelde me doodziek.
Het is overal zo. Je kunt je voorstellen hoe moeilijk het is om te douchen.
Zelfs water is kostbaar in de woestijn.

Ik vond het geweldig! Alles was perfect! Ik denk dat dit het beste hotel in Fez is! Het is schoon en gezellig, en het hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd. Het personeel biedt uitstekende service. De locatie is gunstig en 's nachts is het er rustig. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, met een ruime keuze en alles is heerlijk. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen!

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

The Riad is very very nice and closed to the main gate so you cannot get lost trying to to find it. The staff is super nice and the room perfectly clean. I stayed in a solitaire ai gle room with aingle bed. Ia very small but has anything and the most important is clean. The breakfast is very good and the whole Riad very nice. Highly recommended!

特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。
民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了
早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。
服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。
還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

Parkeren is gemakkelijk te bereiken. De omgeving is elegant. Hoewel er in de winter niemand zwemt, zijn de twee zwembaden, een vierkant en een rond, schoon en zijn de gazons glad gesnoeid. De blauwe verlichting van de gang is zacht. De kamer is groot, de badkamerindeling is redelijk en praktisch, en het douchewater is warm en genereus. Het rookverbod is goed doorgevoerd en de lucht voelt fris aan. Het ontbijt heeft van alles een beetje en besteedt aandacht aan de balans van het dieet. De glazen schuifdeur tussen de kamer en het balkon is inflexibel en moeilijk te gebruiken en moet gerepareerd worden.

Замечательная риада в Медине Феса! Хозяева очень заботливые, все сделано для комфорта гостей. Кондиционер, чистота, колорит востока во всем убранстве номера! Отлично провели два дня, невероятно вкусная еда домашнего приготовления, роскошный вид на террасе! Единственный нюанс- отдельный от номера душ, но вцелом это скорее специфика самой риады, нам это не помешало. Рядом есть парковка. спасибо хозяевам за такой теплый прием!

Zeer mooi gerestaureerde riad. Alles in het interieur is gemaakt door ambachtslieden uit Fez: gebeeldhouwde plafonds, muren en gebeeldhouwde meubels. Prachtig als in een museum, maar tegelijkertijd comfortabel. Uitstekend ontbijt op het terras. Geweldig personeel. Het enige nadeel is dat de medina niet zo gemakkelijk te doorkruisen is. Het is beter om het hotel van tevoren te informeren over uw aankomst, zodat u buiten de muren van de medina wordt opgewacht.

DDarrenA private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool.

NNuwanda0423The stairwell is relatively narrow, and the waiter will help carry the luggage upstairs. The room hygiene, especially the bathroom, is more general and the stains are obvious. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast looks very rich, you know, it is actually bread, jam, juice mint tea. The owner and staff love to interact.
