Good amenities, a little very far from downtown. Kind staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms.

This hotel is located in a walkable distance to metro stations, and shopping mall. The facility is nice with view of racecourse, top floor swimming pool, and fitness gym. I have a nice stay and experience from checkin through checkout.

De kamer en faciliteiten waren brandschoon, modern en goed onderhouden, met een comfortabel bed dat zorgde voor een rustgevend verblijf. Het hotel biedt 5G draadloos internet, dat snel en betrouwbaar was – een enorm pluspunt voor zakenreizigers en digitale nomaden. Aan het hotel is een uitstekend restaurant en een bar verbonden, waar je kunt genieten van heerlijke maaltijden en een ontspannen sfeer na een drukke dag. Dankzij de centrale ligging is Bangalore gemakkelijk te verkennen, met tal van winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Hoewel er geen minibar op de kamer was, is dit voor slechts $50 AUD per nacht een klein detail dat niets afdoet aan de uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van dit hotel. Ik beveel Narthaki Boutique Hotel van harte aan voor reizigers die op zoek zijn naar kwalitatief goede accommodatie voor een betaalbare prijs. Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

The hotel was at good location The room as was expected. It was well organized, well maintained and specious . The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, few things expected from the hotel that charge so much, like shower cabinet was not clean , mirror had spots, overall cleaning looked compromised. Hair dryer is missing , and the one provided was loose wires and missing switch . The breakfast is cold , if you dont go early . It is not kept warm after it is cooked.

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings
