I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺

The best hotel in kilpisjarvi, the room, the breakfast the parking is very nice, no complain at all

Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Fox Arctic Glass Igloo Resorts for a memorable experience.

My family of 4 adults had a nice 2 nights stayed in this beautiful hotel. So nice and everything is excellent. My prefer hotel if u ever have a chance to go Levi again

Santa Claus Holiday Village Hotel – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Lapland I recently had the pleasure of staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a festive atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of Christmas. The accommodation was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was spacious, featuring a private sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a chilly day outside. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

The hotel is on the top of ski slope, in winter time driving there could be challenging for first timer, but over all is good, maybe the room needed more improvement, but the lobby and parking is very nice

De kamer in het East Village Glass House voelde erg schoon aan, en de kamer was niet groot maar voldoende. Ik was bang dat er geen 24-uurs receptie zou zijn omdat ik mijn trein miste en om 12.00 uur in het hotel aankwam. 's avonds, maar ik was zeer verrast dat er een was, en de dienstverlenende houding was zachtaardig en attent. Toen ik in bed lag en naar de sterren aan de hemel keek, verscheen de aurora. Ik heb meer dan een uur naar de aurora gekeken. De lucht bleef veranderen. Het was de moeite waard om naar de aurora te kijken terwijl ik lag.

Great experience, the staff we exceptional and so helpful . Rooms were well equipped and we even had a view of the slope … Breakfast was nice too with lots of choice and accommodated my dairy free diet with no issues . We will definitely stay here again

Prachtig hotel in het stadscentrum, met gemakkelijke toegang tot andere bezienswaardigheden. De kamers zijn compact, schoon en het restaurant is uitstekend. Het enige minpuntje is dat sommige kamers met ramen direct op de parkeerplaats uitkijken en dat er vitrage nodig is om het zicht te blokkeren. Gasten zouden vooraf moeten worden gewaarschuwd voor het uitzicht vanuit die kamers, omdat dit een privacyprobleem is en het teleurstellend is om de gordijnen altijd gesloten te houden voor privacy. Goed voor mensen met allergieën, eten is duidelijk aangegeven.

Zdecydowanym plusem hotelu jest aneks kuchenny w pokoju. Ogólnie hotel ma już najlepsze czasy za sobą, wymaga liftingu. Położony jest tuż przy dworcu kolejowym, do centrum jakieś 10 min na pieszo. Obok są markety dzięki czemu można zrobić zakupy. Spod dworca odjeżdża autobus do Santa Clause. W pokoju niestety było zimno i nie mogłem ustawić temperatury. Najsłabsze są śniadania, rzadko w hotelach skandynawskich są tak słabe śniadania. W nocy nie działa recepcja ale można spokojnie wejść do hotelu na kody. Bardziej budżetowa wersja niż hotel 4*
