The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

We only stayed here for one night due to its location and reputation. Yes the facilities are lovely but front desk service was aloof. We asked for late checkout but come the next day they seemed to have forgotten and rang us at normal checkout time to rush us out. I am not sure if it was due to language barrier or not but we did not feel very welcomed by the hotel. We are seasoned travelers who have stayed in many luxury hotels. This was disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. Het hotel is schoon en hygiënisch. De afternoon tea, van 13:00 tot 21:00 uur, is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, zodat ook gasten die laat inchecken ervan kunnen genieten. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk. De kamer beschikt over een slimme assistent en de bagage kan rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven worden gestuurd, wat erg handig is. De enige nadelen zijn dat je geen twee kamerkaarten kunt gebruiken en dat de internetsnelheid en het signaal slecht zijn.

想來川西很久了，看到這家關注了很久的野奢帳篷酒店開業，找了一個週末果斷出發了。 先説説服務吧，下預訂了當天就有酒店專屬我的管家聯繫我，為安排接下來的一切行程，人還沒到酒店，服務已經到位了！表揚👍 帳篷就是用的頂級高端品牌，內部設施也是非常的貼心！地暖、空調、電熱毯等等一應俱全，根據個人習慣去調節，住起來特別舒服啊。住過很多酒店，他們家的床墊睡起來絕對可以排前三了，衞浴用起來也是舒服的。 酒店活動也很豐富，嚮導帶我們去了七藏溝徒步紅星海子，風景真的太美了。如果不想徒步酒店裡也有豐富體驗，可以體驗畫唐卡、製作藏香。還可以在酒店周邊挖蟲草！！酒店小姐姐非常有經驗，耐心告訴我該怎麼找蟲草。把自己完完全全交給大自然，探索自然的感覺太棒了。酒店生態特別好，運氣好可以偶遇梅花鹿和高原雪兔！ 最後誇誇酒店的餐飲，既有暖乎乎的湯鍋、也有也有西餐菜系，當然開胃下飯菜也是必不可少，都很好吃，出餐水準是在線的，早餐選擇也很豐富，特別推薦土生烏雞米線和黑松露牛油果三明治。 給力的酒店、完美的旅程，準備下次再來看雪山。

Het was boven verwachting goed! De sfeer was heerlijk, de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren retro ingericht en er waren veel internationale gasten. Het lijkt me een van de meer gevestigde hostels in Chengdu. De locatie is top: zowel Chunxi Road als Taikoo Li liggen op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Er is een lift op de 3e verdieping. De kamer zelf was schoon en fris. De dekens roken heerlijk en er was geen rooklucht. Het had een eigen badkamer, airconditioning en een raam, waardoor er overdag een prettige natuurlijke lichtinval was. Alleen de badkamer zelf had iets schoner gekund. Afgezien van medebewoners die af en toe luidruchtig hun keel schraapten, de badkamer lang bezet hielden en de deur open lieten staan, was ik verder zeer tevreden. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en reageerde snel op vragen. Als ik weer naar Chengdu ga, zal ik deze plek zeker opnieuw overwegen.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.
