I travel a lot and this hotel is excellent. Very good first impression in the lobby and check in was friendly and smooth. Room was good size and great views over Chengdu. Excellent location very close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast also very good as was the lunchtime buffet. No need to search around locally for lunch. Can’t think of any negatives. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The concierge, especially Joseph, was super helpful. The location is very central and near two subway lines. It is also in the middle of a huge shopping and restaurant area.
Breakfast period during the holiday got crowded but it was still fine and the restaurant staff had us sit for 3-5 min in a nice lounge while they cleared the tables. Very well-done.

Solid higher end hotel experience in Chengdu. Didn’t miss anything. Beds are very comfortable, staff was helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Really helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Grateful for the late check out they allowed. Bed was so comfortable (loved the blackout curtain). Breakfast was amazing - waffles were delicious and so many other great choices too. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as a massage. The coupon at check in made me go for the extra splurge. It was a really special day vacation!

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to different commercial places that were open even until late in the evening. The room was good and clean. Checking in and out we’re a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff.
