This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

Nice room to stay and it 's close to a metro station. However, It is a little bit inconvenient to check in, you have to go up the 7th floor, our room is not in the same residential building, you have to get down to the main floor and cross the other building right across the street. You can check out by leaving the card in your room tho.

The location is very good. It is at Exit A of Yannan Station. There are shopping malls downstairs and many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. Before checking in, you have to register downstairs and then go up to the 12th floor. The front desk staff is very helpful in changing rooms and getting things quickly. The only drawback is that the toilet is narrow and the floor is slippery!

The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

The place was rather run down and dirty. Although the beds were clean and the shower area was OK too. The rest of the unit felt dirty. Had lots of hair on the floor, there was a small cockroach on top of the fridge when we arrived which freaked out my kids. The aircon units were cold enough. Towels felt clean. Location was easy to find but after entering the building, the “check in” room was actually on the 4/F! I had to ask a delivery person to help me to call the “hotel” to find out where the check in room was. After that, our actual room was on 13/F. I won’t be returning again.

It’s only a few minutes away from Dameisha Metro Exit D. Opposite is Dameisha. It’s very close. The view from the room is not bad. When I returned to Nantian during this period, the room was not damp and the bathroom was clean. Looking at the sea from the bed is really comfortable. Regarding food, there are food courts and storefronts around downstairs, offering local cuisine, Chaoshan cuisine, and barbecue. It's very convenient here.

I've booked 2 rooms via trip.com. I've took pictures of the half eaten food and food debris strewn around the table. There was rat in the room - 2706. I've bought 2 'siew pow' for the my next morning pre-breakfast snack and left it on the table next to the TV but was eaten by rat(s). I've shown the pictures to your reception staff but was told that they will send the cleaner ro clean up the mess, a solution which did not address the issue. It's not the cleaning up we are concerned about but the frustration and minor loss we suffered. Also, seems like the room they let out was renovated halfway through with the wall not painted and floor laminates not properly sealed.

the distance from the airport is not walkable and the location of the hotel will require a 5-8 mins walk to the highway. I was just surprised they redirected us to a difficult building from the building where the front office was. Bathroom is smelly at times but tolerable. Nevertheless, the place is peaceful and quiet and they have airport transfers (with minimal fee) starting at 4:30am plus we loved their bed 🙂

Decided to go there for a short staycation because i saw good rating of the residence..it so happened that there was a promotion, i booked the room which only costs me around rm99++ for one night..lets go into some key details - a very strategic location, nearby to titiwangsa lake, bukit bintang and klcc area...easy access to hospitals, petrol station, nearby malls..may also be the reason why i saw many foreigners at the lobby as it is a great location for some touristy purpose.. - mini mart is available at the lobby, mini starbucks is available at the reception area..richiamo coffee outlet is just next to the residence - easy checkin, they even allowed me to go for early checkin at 2pm (usually normal checkin time is at 3pm)..deposit of rm200 must be prepared, can be cash or credit card - guest parking (roofed) is available at rm20 per day, public nonroofed parking just in front of the hotel at rm15 per day..theres also a very limited free parking at the roadside - grabcar is available and easy to get..nonstop cars dropped by to take and drop passengers - for the room, it is quite small but functional..comfortable enough for solo / couple or short stay - despite the small room, the room is fully equipped with washing machine+dryer, microwave, mini fridge, iron+board, hairdryer, plates+cutleries, toiletries…take note that these facilities are often not offered / upon request / being charged extra in other comparable service residence - cleanliness is great and the room is well maintained - tv has youtube, netflix, disney, amazon etc..but only youtube can be accessed while the rest requires some update to the software and has some technical error - bath n toilet area are clean..but funnily the glass door is transparent..anyone in the room can clearly see inside the bathroom/toilet..may be romantic for couple traveller but it will be awkward for friends All in all, its worth the money and recommended for travellers

I love this beautiful Hotel - its very close to Jodd Fairs night market, my room on the 19th floor had a beautiful view of the city, we have 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, very connenient…. The only thing about this place is the breakfast buffet, not so many choices of foods, the staff was very nice n friendly… definitely will come back n stay longer at this beautiful Hotel… 🥰🥰🥰……………

Tian·ONE Light Luxury Hotel Apartment (Zhuhai Fuhuali Branch) was a great choice for my one-night stay in Zhuhai. The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai. Everything is incredible except for the mobile network coverage but you can use their Wi-Fi instead. If you’re in for making your own meals rather than eating out every night, you must come to the place as they have everything you need, from oven to stove to dishwasher to all sort of kitchen utensils. Also, I loved the bathtub. Clean and spacious. Period. Very convenient too. Just a few steps away from the Lujziachui station, the new town of Pudong. About 20 minutes by foot to the Bund or just take a cab. DiDi is fairly reasonable.
