The apartment is opposite Kuanzhai Alley, close to Kuanzhai Alley, the subway station and People's Park. The parent-child room I booked is relatively spacious and the feeling of staying is different from that of a hotel. Although the environmental facilities are not comparable to those of a hotel, they are better than those of a hotel. The advantage is that it feels like a home. The bath water is relatively large and there is a heater. The software and service are quite satisfactory. If you have any needs, they will basically respond immediately. The cleaning and supporting equipment are basically the same as those in hotels. The neighborhood is very lively, and it is very convenient to eat and play. It is more suitable for family trips.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

3 big guys staying. This place is excellent!! Location is best. Very near to subway and taxi to places of interest all very cheap and bear. The apartment is clean and well maintained and everyday there be house cleaning. The bed is comfortable. The heater in shower is hot! And the room warmer is working great. Just below the apartment, there are plenty of restaurants and street stalls and a few continent stalls. Super. Highly recommended. Nothing that I can complain about. 👍👍👍👍 Travellers from singapore.

I booked a hotel for a one-day temporary business trip. I thought I could just stay for one night, but I didn't expect that the hotel room was very comfortable. The giant screen projection in the room was great for watching dramas. And there are many snacks and restaurants downstairs. The most important thing is that it is very close to the subway station. It is very convenient to go to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li and other places. The price is very moderate. I will book this hotel next time I come to Chengdu.

I’ve stayed at multiple Fraser locations. Having previously stayed at their old location at renheng and had a good experience I thought it would be even better at their new location. I was wrong. 1) The rooms smells full of toxic gas from renovation. Even the air filter in the living room shows a PM2.5 level of 80+ 2) The hotel likes to save as much electricity as possible so they often like to turn off the entire air conditioning unit for the entire hotel in the morning making u wake up from being too hot. The centralised air conditioning is not adjustable at all. I put the temperature to 10c and it still showed a reading of 24. 3) Service was terrible as soon as we arrived. Worker outside supposed to be helping with luggage was standing and looking at us until I called him to help with the luggage. The lady with pimples on her face is rude and not welcoming at all. Speaks to us with no manners and gives us a terrible attitude. Never coming back again! My loyalty to Fraser suites for all around the world ends here.

Downstairs is Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Health is also very good, the new carpet in the room is very new, in short, it is worth staying. Now I sometimes want to cook some light food and make some coffee when I travel. Then the washing machine can be dried, this is very key, no need to bring dirty clothes home.
