"Had a reserved room, yet it was not available at check-in. Waited 2 hours as the staff prepared the room. Ended up with different room from what I reserved, but was told I couldn't do that initially since I booked 3rd party. Confusing and a bit of time lost. Front desk attitude changed after I contacted the 3rd party to be rebooked. Not very friendly then."

"There is no hot breakfast, so the breakfast is just a few biscuits and coffee. Very disappointed, there is nothing to eat next to it. The room equipment is very old and the sanitary conditions are generally the same."

"All in all for the price, it’s a nice hotel. Our room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what we planned to do in the area. The bed was firm but comfortable, the pillows were good. Air conditioning worked. TV had a decent amount of channels. The shower wasn’t like home, but it did the job lol. Good water pressure…I would stay here again if we go back to the area. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that."

"The TV in our room didn't work, the vending machines were empty and the ice machine did not work either. Other than that, the hotel was clean and a good location for our snowmobiling trip"
