"Overall the room is clean, and it’s quiet even it’s by the free way. The day time front desk service is not friendly but I don’t mind as long as I can be able to get my room pass. The night shift front desk crew is more friendly thought."

"From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a very pleasant young man, everything went well! My husband has heart problems and can't walk very far, so he found a room close to the elevator, and a handicap parking space for us ( my husband has a placard). It worked out very well. The room was cool and we rested comfortably. Breakfast was much heartier than we've seen elsewhere. We chose omelets with hashbrowns , and decaf coffee. The kitchen area was spotless, and 2 young women kept everything well stocked! There were a lot of people there with young children and we noticed that there were items at breakfast that they loved.....lots of happy munching going on! We only stayed one night because the relatives we went to visit have to go back to work on Monday, but we are looking forward to another visit!"

"Overall a good stay, there was housekeeping everyday, a coffe maker and free parking was a great option. The room was small though, but enough space for one person. The bathroom was clean as well, and the staff were great."

"The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are super helpful and the rooms are clean. Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure."

"The hostel has the best location ever in LA (In my opinion). Just 2 mins walk and you can arrive at the Hollywood/highland metro station. Here, you can either go to Downtown or Santa Monica Beach within 1 hour (depends on the trains' arrival time as it varies a lot). There are a lot of restaurants nearby too and, they are very good!!! The staffs are helpful too and the vibe is very inclusive. I have joined a resident-initiated concert and I love that. Considering the price (breakfast included), I believe this is the best hostel for solo-travelers."

"If you are planing to go to Disneyland, this hotel is great! Located very near the park only a few mins drive. I decided to spend time until the park close, my friends drove back to the hotel first. I took a shuttle bus to Toy Story parking lot and just walk across the street. Service vice, no staff to help you unload the luggage from car. Breakfast line is acceptable. No cleaning between your stay but they give you extra towels."
