Het is een zeer comfortabele ruimte op een zeer goede locatie. Het ligt in het centrum van Lissabon en het was een zeer bevredigende ervaring voor de prijs. De wastafel en douchecabine bevonden zich in de kamer en het interieur was schoon en mooi. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.

Het toilet in de kamer blijft lekken. De servicegerichtheid van het receptiepersoneel is goed. Als er maar één fles water in de kamer staat en dit is niet genoeg, kunt u dit bij de receptie vragen.

Foi uma experiência muito boa. A cama era extremamente confortável, o quarto era silencioso, e os banheiros estavam sempre limpos, com água quente. A cozinha dispõe de utensílios básicos. A localização é boa, com mercado próximo e uma estação de metrô a cerca de dez minutos a pé. O metrô é bem sinalizado, o que facilita o deslocamento para qualquer ponto da cidade sem grandes dificuldades. O rapaz da recepção é simpático e prestativo. Além disso, para mulheres que viajam sozinhas, é um lugar seguro e tranquilo para se hospedar.

Het is een standaard ketenhotel. Ik arriveerde vijf uur voor de inchecktijd en betaalde €15 voor een ”noodreiniging” voordat ik kon inchecken (hoewel ik op het grote scherm zag dat de noodreiniging €10 kostte, betaalde ik toch het bedrag dat me werd verteld).
De kamer was goed uitgerust en bood een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor de ruim €300 die we betaalden. Het bad had geen afvoerstop, dus we konden niet in bad. De kamer was schoon, goed geluiddicht, de gordijnen waren elektrisch en de dubbele ramen zorgden voor een aangename temperatuur.
Toen we om 21:00 uur wilden uitchecken (de uitchecktijd was 12:00 uur), werd ons gevraagd onze bagage op te bergen en €5 te betalen, wat ik nergens had zien staan. Ik vermoedde dat dit als fooi werd beschouwd en weigerde te betalen. Uiteindelijk besloten we niet uit te checken en onze bagage tot 12:00 uur in de kamer te laten staan. Houd hier rekening mee als u hier verblijft.

Dit was mijn t****e verblijf. De locatie is uitstekend, de prijs is goed in het laagseizoen en het is makkelijk om een eenpersoonskamer te boeken, maar in het hoogseizoen is het erg moeilijk. Het is mijn eerste keuze voor accommodatie als ik naar Portugal reis, en het metrostation is erg handig om naar de luchthaven te gaan.

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.
The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.
The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

Het is maar een paar minuten van het metrostation, wat handig was omdat ik laat aankwam op de luchthaven van Lissabon. De douches en toiletten zijn erg schoon.
De bedden en kluisjes met slot zijn goed onderhouden en in goede staat.

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main subway station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Despite the central location, our room was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the blackout curtains ensured we slept in every morning. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail.
The staff were the true stars of the show. The concierge, gave us brilliant meal recommendations. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
Highly recommended!

Loveeeeedd the green heart hostel! Starting off they accommodated our early arrival. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful when it came to finding places to go, eat and answering any other random questions I had. This place is not far walking distance to some great places. Would definitely come back and stay here if I visit Lisbon again!

Mmoke899I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. There is a subway station downstairs, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby. The kitchen at home is also very easy to use and has everything. The parking situation is not clear. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. GGuest UserThis is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

PPingyihuiziConvenient transportation and smooth travel. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is very convenient for sightseeing. Every area of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and breathable. The kitchen is equipped with a self-service coffee machine, which is super convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, polite, helpful and handsome young men from Lisbon. They answer all questions and meet all requests, which is very heartwarming.

CChensanshiThe hotel is located right by Avenida da Liberdade, but it still takes a good 20 minutes to walk to the beach. There are a lot of uphill and downhill slopes along the way, which made the walk quite tiring. The location isn't ideal, but given the cheap price, it's definitely good value for money. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also very satisfactory, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Luggage storage is free during your stay, but there's a 5-euro fee per use if you need to store your bags after checking out. Also, the hotel's Wi-Fi password is easylisbon60A, and the signal was just okay.

SSharon ShaminiDom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better.
That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in.
Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.

ZZiobobboEnjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and the staff friendly. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bus stops right outside the hotel but it’s quite a walk to the nearest metro station. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. The lift is unusual but functional. Perhaps a real cup for making hot drinks would be preferable to the paper one provided. Overall, a positive experience and good value in Lisbon.

AAnonymous UserThe location was excellent, and the backyard area was wonderful—I met some very kind people there. However, when I entered the room, the smell was so strong it almost made me lose my sight. The beds were old and creaked with every movement. The person sleeping in the upper bunk sounded like he was drowning and was talking in his sleep, not to mention the other people snoring. It was only one night, and I will not repeat the experience at the same place again.

Also, someone who stayed there disturbed us RIGHT after 11pm saying that it’s the hostel’s resting time. but overall it was a good stay
