2-Starhotels in Cagayan Valley, Philippines

Had a 1-day weekend stay at Mango Suites in Tuguegarao. The location is perfect and walkable to every corner of the downtown area. All of the staff, from the security personnel to the service desk, were all courteous and welcoming of your stay. Upon arriving at my room, everything was clean and fresh. The shower has a heater option, there's a bidet beside the toilet, free toothbrush kit and shower kits. For the bed area, it had 2 coffee tables with overhead lamps, a mini wardrobe with hangers, and another table. As for the TV, I'm not sure if it has cables installed, but on my room it didn't. I can only watch via Youtube or Netflix. Although this is a user's preference, but I loved the firmness of the bed and the pillows. I had a good sleep and didn't have any sudden wakeups in the middle of the night due to uncomfortable pillows (some hotels have pillows that are too soft for my liking). Overall, had a great stay. What I haven't tried are the hotel's restaurant at the lobby area and the free shuttle service to the airport. Maybe next time!

Some staff are very helpful, we stayed for 3 nights they gave us only 2 water bottled. No glass,no kettle, no coffee phone is not working. Internet was very bad we have to stay near at the door just to get wifi, but once we moved to tv side Internet gone.Hope they will add some staff to make up rooms, seems not enough because we ask to make up our room since morning but they came at 5:30pm Stayed at pool view room, it was beautiful and amazing view anyway 🙂

Booked here to visit and surprise a friend who's very close to our hearts. Will definitely recommend Mango suites to our friends. In God's grace if we will be given a chance to go back in Isabela, will still choose Mango Suits Hotel. Super neat, affordable, excellent customer service, decent room for a couple. No issues at all.

Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.

We hebben twee nachten in dit hotel, een nacht om te gaan en een.nacht om te trekken. We hebben 2 verschillende kamers. Het lijkt erop dat de informatie van de site niet in overeenstemming is met de betaalde prijs. Op het begin, dit enorme hotel was leeg, de nachtwachter stelde ons in een juiste kamer met sde (maar zonder warm water. ) en klimaat. De ochtend ontdekte we een zeer aangenaam groene kader. Maar we hebben gepleit voor het zevende ontbijt zoals vermeld in de reservering. Toen we terugkwamen, was het een zaterdagavond, er was een groot feest met sterke muziek, maar die stopte om 11 uur. Dat maakte ons niet ongerust. Maar toen we aankwamen, werden we in een kamer zonder sde of toilet gezet. Ik heb nogmaals met behulp van een duidelijke aanwijzing gelezen dat op mijn reserveringsbon staat dat de gereserveerde kamer een sde had. Toen veranderden we van kamer en we hadden zelfs warm water. De volgende morgen hebben we ontbijt gehad, maar we hebben duidelijk gemaakt dat we onze warme drankjes moeten betalen. Dit hotel is goed gelegen omdat het de weg van Manille naar Banuae kan afsluiten. Het hotel zou de advertenties van de site moeten herzien om problemen zoals we de aankomst en de spanningen die dit heeft veroorzaakt te voorkomen. Ik raad deze plek aan omdat het raam mooi is.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were professional, patient, and helpful. We arrived at varying times due to shift rotations, and the staff accommodated our check-ins and room assignments efficiently. They were understanding of our group’s needs and provided quick assistance when we required extra keycards, directions to nearby stores, and help with logistics such as early morning check-outs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, even though some of us had to sleep during daytime hours after night shifts. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust — very important for technicians coming in from long hours in server rooms or outdoor installations. The workspace setup in the rooms was decent, with desks and accessible power outlets. However, more ergonomic chairs and adjustable lighting would be a major improvement for those of us who have to log in remotely and work through tickets or troubleshooting after hours. Wi-Fi performance was fair overall — adequate for emails, documentation, and remote access to most of our systems. That said, we did encounter intermittent connection issues during peak hours, which caused delays in remote diagnostic sessions. A dedicated high-speed option for business users would be a valuable addition. Breakfast was solid, with a good mix of hot and cold items. However, as many of us work early mornings or late nights, more flexible dining hours — or at least a 24/7 grab-and-go station — would have made a big difference. Several times we returned late from jobs and had limited food options available. Having microwaves in all rooms (not just suites) would also help, especially for reheating meals during odd hours. Parking was sufficient for our work vehicles and easy to access, which saved us time during morning departures. Being able to come and go at any hour without hassle made our daily schedules much smoother. We also appreciated that the hotel is located close to supply stores and quick-service restaurants.

Excellent location walking distance to the mall and other attractions, friendly staff.. clean  facility and good internet connection.. will come back anytime I visit santigo city in Isabella

The place is accessible  got the room for only 1k for 2 people which is great. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. My only concern is the lack of vanity kits And drinking water and the noise outside the building (cars, people in street can be heard in the room) but overall a very good place to stay within the city.
