Great stay for those looking a night stay. Same row we have 4 fingers and there are ample of parking spaces. No need to worry about parking although only 4 designated parking under hotel. Just need to pay bentong parking for the public parking.
Clean room. Amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo are available. No water dispenser. There are 2 water bottles inside the room. Nearby they do have old town white coffee, Baker cottage, apple chicken and etc for those looking for a quick dinner.

I added my mum's wishlist hotel after reading reviews claiming it's the best in Kuantan, and they were spot on. The spacious bathroom, which my dad particularly appreciated, was a highlight. We will definitely be returning!

Service ok, not much amenities. Room clean and tidy. Near big food court, not far from seaside grilled seafood.
Ad hoc stay as passing by quite late at night. Booked through trip.com, efficient with reasonable price.

AAnonymous UserGreat staff and a very friendly atmosphere. Love the communal sitting area and the free teas. Also had laundry service which was great. Private and quiet location so it’s a bit more of a walk out but not by much. Only thing is the shower gets the whole bathroom wet and the water isn’t very hot. There was also only one type of soup - separate shampoo and body wash would have been nice.

Near roadside and mosque, noisy, can’t sleep well at night
Old hotel, old carpet, shower may a problem, water not hot enough in cold weather.
Difficult to get parking place
The only good thing is strategy location, convenience to get what you want in the Brinchang town.

Location is strategic as its very near to foodcourt, restaurant, and mamak where you can reach all within walking distance. Convenience store also just beside hotel, with quite a lot of RTE food to choose. But the management should really improve on cleaning aspect. Take my room, a standard family room, the floor got quite a lot of dusk, and toilet and bathroom, only floor were cleaned, where as the wall tiles are dirty.

IizzkaWe had a pleasant stay at Kea Garden Mini Chalet. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, including the toilet and bathroom, which were also well-maintained and tidy. There is a prayer room provided for guests, making it convenient for Muslim visitors. There is also a small store where you can buy food and snacks. The service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience with reasonable prices, making it a great choice for a short and relaxing trip.

DDKYLimI had a very pleasant stay at Golden Lodge. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. The location is also a big plus — it’s conveniently situated near shops, food options, and public transport, making it easy to get around. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, Golden Lodge offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, well-located place with good service.

GGuest UserThe counter service was not very friendly. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We told the counter that we wanted a non-smoking room, and they said there were no other rooms, only this one, and they assured us it would not smell of cigarette smoke. When we entered, the smell was unpleasant, and we had to stay because we had already paid.
