"This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay. Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. Still a great stay for the price! ▶️ No deposit required! ▶️ Water dispenser & car parking provided!"

"The room was quite nice, suitable according to the price. As for the surroundings, it's just nice also, there are a lot of restaurants and food vendors.. the staff are also helpful. But if you're taking an early flight back, you better book advance grab/ transportation to ensure arrival to the airport on time."

"Very nice experience spending time in this place. Its clean and neat. The service was great, the person in charge was very helpful to guide us to the chalet though to reach to the room was a bit confused because of the instruction board was a bit further from the entrance. We have to bear in mind that to get to the room is a bit far especially if we bring a lot of stuffs to carry. Buggy is available, but its not for the challet, its apparently only for the hotel guests. After all, it was a great experience and would love to come back with minimum stuffs to carry 😜 oh one more thing, there’s no internet. So we could really enjoy our time to only mesmerise the moments 😍"

Looking at the map, this hotel seemed close to the train station, but it's actually up a slope next to a road with very few commercial facilities nearby. You have to walk a bit to find shops or restaurants. The hotel is an old building with no elevator, and the room facilities are quite dated. The open-air courtyard and corridors attract a lot of flying insects at night when the lights are on, so you have to quickly close the door after opening it before turning on your room light. Slippers and toiletries aren't provided in the room. To my dismay, when I lifted the toilet lid, there were still traces of uncleaned fecal matter. Luckily, the front desk staff, a Malaysian guy, was very nice. After I reported the issue, he came up and re-cleaned it for me.

This hotel is under renovation right now (Dec 25) but it's still okay to stay there. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel is good. This hotel doesn't have a cafe but you can find many restaurants near the hotel. They also provide a self-service kiosk to check in and check out with simple instructions. 👍

Jaded and dated hotel. Good for one night stay before marathon run. It is basic with toothpaste set. It has no kettle inside room and the one reception passed to us cannot be used. Only one staff manning the lobby at any one time. Only one hair dryer in the entire hotel. If the previous guest who borrowed it doesn't return the hair dryer then we cannot use it at all. Even the cups are not enough in room. There is a saucer without a cup on it. Went to reception to inform and until they changed shifts the next morning the cup never arrived. Stay if you don't need the kettle or cup or hair dryer. Or bring your own. Beds are comfortable enough. Location is quite central. Parking free. There is only one lift for the entire hotel. Avoid the check in check out crowd if you can.

Overall had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent, right at the waterfront with easy access to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and the seaside promenade. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. One thing future guests should note is that parking can be a little challenging, especially during weekends and peak periods, as parking spaces nearby can be limited. Another important point is that there are actually two different D'Wharf properties in the area. One is the high-rise D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence at the waterfront, while the other is the D'Wharf Boutique Hotel located among the waterfront shop lots. It is advisable to double-check your booking confirmation and destination address before arriving to avoid any confusion. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers great value for money, a fantastic waterfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel's location is close to KTM Seremban, but only after I booked for two nights did I learn from my Grab driver that this hotel has many guests from Vietnam. I felt scared even when trying to sleep at night because I heard all sorts of loud noises outside my room, and I'm a woman. There's no elevator for three floors, and towels and soap were given at check-in, not provided in the room as is usual in hotels. When I opened the room door, I was shocked to find only a tray with a roll of toilet paper on the table – no cups, no glasses, no mineral water, let alone coffee or tea sachets. The air conditioner was too cold with no remote, so I had to turn off the switch when I couldn't stand the cold anymore. The floor creaked when I walked, and so did the bed, which made me feel eerie staying here, and I couldn't wait for morning. Overall, I really regret it and only slept one night. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Seremban. A comfortable and affordable hotel with a very strategic location, especially for those who want easy access to nearby eateries, shopping areas and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Although the room size is not very big, it was more than sufficient for a short stay and provided good value for money. We had a good night’s rest and enjoyed the convenience of the location.

Overall, the stay was okay. The only downside was that the white towels looked quite yellowish, which wasn’t very pleasant. Also, the electricity suddenly went out while I was relaxing in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.
