2-Starhotels in Pest, Hungary

The scenery is beautiful, it's close to the airport and very convenient. It's an hour's drive from the city center and very close to the bus and train stations. The house has a good structure and complete facilities, making for a great stay.

Een mooi hotel in het centrum van Boedapest. Zeer toegankelijk voor tramlijnen 4 & 6 en dicht bij de metrostations. Kamer en gemeenschappelijke ruimte was schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk. Ik zou dit opnieuw reserveren op mijn volgende bezoek aan Boedapest.

Uitstekend...Fantastisch...alles perfect, de faciliteiten, het eten en het geweldige en oprecht behulpzame personeel. 24 uur per dag personeel aanwezig, op elk moment van de dag drankjes en hapjes beschikbaar, en zeer gastvrij bij terugkomst 's avonds. Het is geclassificeerd als hostel, maar naar mijn mening is het een prachtig, ander soort hotel, geschikt voor tieners of gepensioneerden, zonder al te ingewikkeld te doen. Perfecte locatie, minder dan 5 minuten van de metro, 10 minuten van bars en restaurants...alles is gemakkelijk te bereiken, zoals tourbussen, enz. Echt een geweldige reclame voor de gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van Boedapest. Heel erg bedankt voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf, vooral tijdens de kerstperiode (waarbij een minder serviceniveau nog te verontschuldigen zou zijn).

Terrace is awesome, staff friendly. Vacak the cat is awesome too. This hostel is a great option to spend some time on the island, had a good night sleep and it was clean. Often though staff can be missing from the reception during the stated reception hours, and nearby is more of a party scene with few quality dining options. The 400ft Costa coffee capsules aren't exactly good either, so there is some space for improvement compared to some of the newer hostels in town.

Room was simple, but reflects the price and location appropriately. It was suitable enough for us after the day of sightseeing in Budapest. Bathrooms are shared, but they are clean and renovated recently - just like on the photos in the hotel description. It is easy to hear nearly everything through the door, so you will need to be a little lucky not to have a bunch of students as your neighbors if you want to have a good nights sleep. Didn’t expect this quality at this price. Super clean and comfy bed (despite many beds per room) as well as shower room. Location-wise, it really is impeccable to my needs: there’s a major bus station RIGHT after you step out of the hostel; and across the street there’s a very good coffee place called Kultura, which served Asian standard balanced flat white. On a side note, this place also helped me keep the Budapest Card mailed to this address (without me informing them, coz I forgot), which was incredibly lovely.

Did not sleep well here at all. There is no privacy in the room, it's not expensive or difficult to put up some sheets or curtains. Very poor effort. It's like sharing a room with your siblings all over again. Very thin walls too so the next door group kept us awake It's supposed to be quiet after 10pm but they all late check in, as a result I was woken by 2am check ins. The socket next to my bed didn't work, neither did the lamp. The pillow is dreadful. The bed is ok. Window didn't close fully and no curtains so sunrise woke me up. Excellent kitchen, comfortable lounge areas, 3 showers & 1 bathroom. All cleaned reasonably well. Check in was easy enough, she is very friendly. The building is absolutely beautiful. The entrance is next to PIZZA ME and a money exchange/kebab store. Supermarkets nearby. Metro & tram nearby. It is in an excellent location. It was cheap and actually good value, I just didn't sleep well If you like privacy and quiet then maybe give this one a swerve

I can say this is the best hostel during my entire solo travel experience! The room was clean,the bathroom was spacious and clean as well,the bed was comfortable and (again) clean. Don't know it's because I stay in the female dorm or I was lucky enough to have clean ladies in my dorm,but my worrying mind about hostel was swept away by this hostel cleanliness provision. The bunk is more on box-like and it has curtains (it's clean too!). The front desk were hospitable enough and the interior was also nice. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarket nearby,so you have lots of choice to eat. Yet,you need to walk around 7-10 minutes to reach the nearest tram/bus/metro.And better you bring your own toiletries,though there was a micellar water free to use in the bathroom area. Will definitely go back to this hostel whenn I have a trip to Budapest, 1 night was not just enough.

Good location with good access to oktogon station. Nearby many restuarant at more afforadable price. Convient location. Room is very small but like japan style with the rack and space you need.early check out time but Has a small lobby with is good. With tea and sofa

Good experience staying here. Comfortable bed and room. Gratefully, each bed in the dorm has a cover and a large locker, so you’ll have both privacy and security. The shower room is nice with stable hot water. The only downside is that there’s no AC in the room, so the window needs to be kept open. Since the room is next to the public area where people smoke and chat until midnight, the smell goes into the room (even though it’s a non-smoking room) and the noise can disturb your sleep. The kitchen has a few refrigerators and two ovens. The only drawback is that there’s no stove, so you can only use the oven to warm up your food. There is an elevator that allows you to access each floor, so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs Overall, a good stay at an affordable price.
