De aandacht zeer goed. Het uitstekende buffet. De esthetiek en de faciliteiten/kamers zijn een beetje oud, om eerlijk te zijn, maar het bed was zeer comfortabel, schoon en om de nacht door te brengen was het geweldig.
Er is geen televisie, maar naar mijn mening zijn de belangrijke zaken (bed, badkamer, buffet en bediening) wel gedekt. Ik zou het zonder twijfel herhalen. Kwaliteit/prijs verhouding zeer sterk aanbevolen.

Met een verblijf bij Hotel Octopus in Santa Margalida bevind je je op een kwartiertje rijden van Playa de Muro en Haven van Alcúdia. Dit hotel ligt op 8,4 km van Strand van Alcúdia en op 22,5 km van Haven van Pollensa.
Bestel iets lekkers in de koffiebar/het café van dit hotel. Dagelijks kun je tegen betaling genieten van een lekker à-la-carte-ontbijt, dat geserveerd wordt van 08.30 uur tot 10.00 uur.

De deuren van de kamers slaan dicht en de lichten moeten na een bepaalde tijd uit of gedimd worden. De bedden zijn hard en er is alleen beddengoed aanwezig. - Verschrikkelijke slaapkwaliteit. 6 euro voor een waardeloze handdoek vol pluisjes!?! Er zijn ook geen papieren handdoeken of handdrogers in de badkamers. Het zwembad en de andere voorzieningen zijn wel mooi en het was leuk om met andere reizigers in contact te komen.

Отличный отель, расположен удобно, в центре города. Номер просторный, конечно скромный еще и за такую цену , но для Ибицы вариант нормальный. Немного грязновато белье, в остальном все хорошо. Рядом магазины, в 3 минутах пляж. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные . Уже второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле и наверное вернусь еще. Совет лучше доплатите и возьмите номер с видом на море на 7 этаже, вид потрясающий. Наверху есть даже бассейн, но не посещали.

great stay! had some initial issues with the booking, but staff was very helpful and we were able to resolve everything smoothly. the rooms were very clean as well and quite spacious for the price. the location was amazing, less than 10 minutes to the beach and right across from a market. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

It’s rather basic and not very close to the beach, a lot of hotels nearby. The staff is nice, the hotel is rather clean. The bathroom and furniture needed renovation.
Cozy area by the pool, to relax with a drink or a book.
A bit overpriced for the service and quality of accommodation it offers.

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal.
Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of San Antonio, was the perfect base for me exploring the island. I expected cheap no frills accommodation but was pleasantly surprised by a lovely hotel, good sized, clean, comfortable room, with fridge, tv, air con, safe & private bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although no restaurant on site, having vending machines, water, coffee machine (which also dispenses hot water) & and a microwave at reception is a really helpful touch. Would deffo stay again :)

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

S’Arenal beach is very close to the hotel, it’s a 7-minute walk otherwise Playa de Palma is a 45-minute walk or you have the A2 bus to the airport that takes you there. It’s well served.
As for the hotel, you don’t expect luxury but for the price it’s reasonable. On the other hand the walls… are very thin, you can hear the guests next door unfortunately. That’s the only negative point otherwise we have access to everyone. (check with reception)
The area is specifically for party-goers, quite a few Germans, restaurants where German is spoken. If you like to party, welcome to S’Arenal :)

RRenaudVery nice concept. I loved it. Nicely designed rooms with everything securely fixed and easy to use. The neighborhood is just not that nice. But walking a bit around and things are pretty fine immediately. Nice choice for travelling en solo when you're not too old 😄

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too.
We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

However, the hotel's breakfast is quite cost-effective and delicious, with a wide variety of buffets. The location is the most commendable point. It is only about two to four minutes away from the bus station, which is relatively cost-effective.
