Het ontbijt is heerlijk en ik heb goed geslapen. De kamer is ruim en erg fijn. Het informatiepersoneel spreekt goed Engels.
Ik vind het hotel vooral fijn omdat het er rustig is.
convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

Так же персонал преподнёс нам подарок в виде фруктов и сладостей за что хочу отдельно поблагодарить сотрудников отеля. Мы получили всю информацию и без труда продлили своё пребывание здесь в дальнейшем. Регулярная уборка и вода. В отеле есть услуга прачечной. Несколько минусов: это WiFi, связь нестабильна, частые обрывы и низкая скорость - для работы не подойдет. А также периодически появляющийся запах сигарет в вентиляции ванной.
На завтраке в основном китайские блюда, есть кофе и десерты. Нам всë понравилось.
Отель удобно расположен, здесь нет шума больших улиц, и если вы не прочь прогуляться, то дойти до центр.площади и парков не составит труда. Через дорогу есть магазин, в паре кварталов тц Vefa, рядом много кафе.
Er was keuze tussen de Lulu en Touristan hotels, ik vond het meubilair van de foto in Lulu leuk - we waren helemaal niet boos bij het kiezen ervan, alles was zeker in orde, luxe bedden, super sanitair en een uitstekend ontbijt, wat ik leuk vond het meeste was het personeel - allemaal gouden mensen Zeker een aanrader!
SSarah H.Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them.
Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there.
We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.

11368519****The hotel is relatively close to the city center. It belongs to a quiet place in the middle of noisy. Well, the surrounding environment is in class. The only downside is that the hotel is renovating the restaurant during the stay. Breakfast needs to be eaten at a designated place outside, which is slightly inconvenient.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.

AAnonymous UserHotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.
