One thing I really liked was the **express self check-in and check-out**, which made the arrival and departure process quick and convenient. They also offer **bicycle rentals**, which is a great way to explore the city without relying on public transportation. Another big plus is that they have a **laundry machine** available for guests to use for a fee. My overall stay was quite pleasant. The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists. Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast. The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. All the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the surroundings are beautiful and feel safe to walk around. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, and Tivoli Gardens is extremely close by. The hotel is always busy and lively. I was a little concerned about safety because I had to catch a bus to the airport at 3 a.m., but the bus stop was very close, and there were always people around the hotel area. The staff are also available 24/7. You will be lucky if you get clean, quiet, and considerate roommates. The bathroom is quite small, and I think the lower bunk located right next to the bathroom is probably the most inconvenient bed, as you have to deal with quite a lot of noise. The lockers in the rooms are not large enough to fit a cabin-sized suitcase and can only accommodate a small backpack. You also need to bring your own padlock, and I would recommend bringing slippers as well. The bed itself looked clean, but the storage compartments and the gaps around the bed were quite dirty. However, considering how large and busy the hotel is, I can understand that it may be difficult to keep every area perfectly clean at all times.

I was very satisfied with Wakeup Copenhagen. Due to a silly mistake by DSB, I missed my flight and was forced to stay in Copenhagen for a night. This hotel was a great place to land – affordable and with a good atmosphere. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, and the view from the window overlooked København H station, which was nice. After checking out at 11 AM the next day, I stayed on the first floor of the hotel until 5 PM because my flight wasn't until 10 PM. No hotel staff bothered or rushed me during that time, and both times I went to the front desk to ask for the restroom key, they happily provided it. I'm very grateful to them; it put a happy end to what started as an unpleasant experience. I will definitely consider this hotel again next time I'm in Copenhagen. Highly recommended.

This hotel requires self check-in. The automated room assignment was a triple room. However, after checking in on the first day, I found that it didn't match the photos shown on Trip.com. There was no TV, and the bedside lamp was completely non-functional. When I informed the front desk (which is located in the sister hotel next door, Absalon Hotel), I was told that this room doesn't include a TV (but I later found there was clearly a TV monitor in the room). They claimed Trip.com made a mistake, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. They told me to speak to housekeeping myself about getting the lamp fixed. I had no choice but to contact Trip.com, and the platform was very proactive in helping me. However, the hotel's response was very passive. The hotel didn't even apologize initially and demanded that I bring my luggage downstairs and re-check in, even though I had already stayed one day. It was clearly the hotel's mistake and an act of deceiving the guest, yet they still demanded that I... The hotel's front desk requires going up stairs with luggage, and even after taking the elevator to the floor, there's another short flight of stairs to navigate. This is extremely inconvenient for a family traveling with 32-inch and 28-inch suitcases and backpacks. To experience the fun of different hotels during our trip, I also stayed at the sister hotel next door, Absalon Hotel. It was a complete contrast; the service attitude of the front desk at the two hotels was completely different. This is why I'm giving 'one star for service'!! (I don't even want to give one star).

The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Check-in is convenient and easy to do by yourself using the kiosk. The room has a sliding door with a strong auto-lock. Even though it's a capsule type, it's as spacious as a semi-double bed. I was a bit worried about the sturdiness… What was bad was the Wi-Fi! It completely stopped working late at night.

The location is a bit out of the way, requiring about a 20-minute bus ride to the city center. As for the accommodation, it was my first time staying in a 'camping-style' hostel. Essentially, they make maximum use of a large room, using tents to create smaller, individual spaces. This is supposed to differentiate it from a dormitory with dozens of beds in one big room. However, the actual experience isn't fundamentally different from a hostel with 30-40 beds in a single room. The tents offer no soundproofing, and the beds inside each tent are practically touching. On the positive side, the washroom facilities are quite good. It's clear they are regularly cleaned, and there are plenty of them.

I was a bit worried capsule hotels might feel cramped, but the environment here was excellent and didn't feel constricting at all. The main highlight was how clean the toilets were. They also provide a microwave and an air fryer, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I was around the city for 3days of design and happy for the stay (female share room). The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot. Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK.
