"De kamer was schoon en gunstig gelegen voor een dagje uit. De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Mijn kamer had geen raam, maar alle toiletartikelen waren aanwezig, dus ik hoefde niets zelf mee te nemen. De muren waren wel wat dun, waardoor ik wat geluiden van buiten kon horen. Er waren twee kussens, die comfortabel waren. Er was geen koelkast, dus ik kon geen gekoelde producten bewaren. Er waren echter veel restaurants in de buurt die van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat open waren, wat erg handig was. Er was ook een supermarkt in de buurt. Over het algemeen was ik onder de indruk en zou ik hier zeker nog eens verblijven."

"The breakfast was slightly underwhelming, some pau and steamed instant fried rice, and fried egg, considering the breakfast was cheap... Cant complain much. "Ik reisde met mijn gezin en zocht een schone plek om te slapen. Deze plek was prima, de prijs was echt het goedkoopst, en de hygiëne was uitstekend. Er waren wegwerphanddoeken, slippers en zelfs wegwerp wc-brilhoezen. Er was mineraalwater en zelfs een wasmachine en magnetron. Omdat het buiten te koud was, was ons afhaalmaaltijd koud geworden, maar we konden het opwarmen in de magnetron. En na een paar dagen reizen konden we onze kleding wassen in de wasmachine. 😄 De eigenaar was erg enthousiast en de omgeving is erg handig voor vervoer. De metro is direct om de hoek, en een taxi nemen is ook gemakkelijk. Het is ook heel dicht bij de Bund, je kunt het zien zodra je naar buiten loopt, en je kunt er zelfs naartoe lopen. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, City God Temple en andere attracties zijn allemaal in de buurt. Zeer aan te bevelen! 👍👍"

"Ik vond deze plek toen ik op zoek was naar een accommodatie dicht bij de luchthaven voor mijn ochtendvlucht de volgende dag. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het metrostation, dus het vervoer is prima. Ik denk dat het een goede plek is om te overnachten ter voorbereiding op een vroege ochtendvlucht. "Having traveled to so many places, I almost never feel inclined to stay in hotels in small towns costing just over 100 yuan. I've had too many bad experiences with them – either the hygiene is terrible, the floors are sticky, I'm afraid to use the kettle, the toilet is yellowed, and I'm afraid to take my clothes off to sleep; or the pictures look amazing, but the reality is vastly different. This hotel, however, seemed to have a large and clean lobby when I drove by, so I searched online and found it was newly opened and very reasonably priced. Based on my previous experience, I didn't rush to book. I checked out the room with the receptionist first, and upon entering, I booked without hesitation. The decor immediately made me feel comfortable, the room had no unpleasant odor, the bathroom was clean, and when I touched the bedding, I knew I'd made the right choice. Unlike some cheap bedding sets that feel rough and damp, this one is very skin-friendly. A thoughtful touch is the sleep mode by the bedside – pressing it turns off all the lights. The hairdryer is powerful but quiet. I've truly stayed in a hotel that meets my expectations. There's also a booth in the room, which is very comfortable for working. One minor complaint is that the delivery robot stood outside for over two minutes, and the food was already a bit cold. When I asked the front desk, they said the call button in the room was broken, and I hope the hotel can fix it as soon as possible. The candy at the front desk was quite delicious. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm on business trips."

"Er zijn 4 restaurants in de buurt, maar het restaurant met groene curryrijst vind ik het leukst. Er zijn een apotheek, een kapsalon en een Family Mart in de buurt. Het ligt ook vlak bij de bushalte voor metrolijnen 8 en 14. U kunt bus 10 nemen en de rit naar het Hongqiao treinstation duurt ongeveer 600 meter. U kunt uw bagage achterlaten. De kamer ruikt niet naar sigarettenrook. De kamer heeft een raam. De meid zal elke dag het raam openen. Er zullen wat sigaretten in de badkamer liggen. Ik denk dat het normaal is in China. Het helpt enorm als je de badkamerdeur dichtdoet en de afzuigkap aanzet. P.S. Als u bagage heeft, kunt u met de metro via deur 6 in- en uitstappen."

My experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was super clean and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. What really stood out was the staff's kindness; it truly touched me. When I was struggling to figure out how to order takeout, they patiently explained everything and even personally helped me with a drink purchase since I'm a foreigner and had difficulty with the payment. At checkout, they even gave me a hand cream as a gift, making my trip perfect right until the very end. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the immaculate room, I had a truly wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft. It was quiet at night, so I slept really well. Room service was prompt, and it offers excellent value for money. The room looks exactly like the pictures – great! It's well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and kitchenware. The bed is also very comfortable; the elderly slept well, and the kids loved it too. Customer service was very thoughtful, promptly replenishing supplies and checking in on our stay. They even offered a late check-out and luggage storage service at the end. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This guesthouse is located in an older residential area near Shanghai Railway Station, a bit off the beaten path. It seems to be an older establishment, so the facilities are quite basic, and the cleanliness is a bit lacking; there's a thick layer of dust on the window panes and frames. However, the bathroom has a water purification system, which is great as you can drink directly from it. For Shanghai, the price is quite affordable. It's also close to the railway, so you can hear some train noise.

Nice staff and location. Building built in 2009. A bit older. Needs renovation. Apartment smells of sewage most of the time. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were making me itchy, but it happens sometimes as my skin is sensitive. Washer dirty, so didn't use.
