Stayed here before my morning flight and it did the job. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a huge plus if you’ve got an early departure. It’s cheap, simple, and has everything you’d need for a short overnight stay to catch some sleep before rushing off the next day. That said, you do get what you pay for. The floor was a little dusty, the mattress on the thin side, and toiletries are provided only in small sachets. Nothing fancy—but honestly, it was good enough for me. If you’re looking for comfort and luxury, this isn’t it. But if you want a budget-friendly, convenient spot to crash before an early flight, Hongtai Hotel ticks the boxes.

De kamer was erg schoon en ik voelde me alsof ik thuis was zodra ik binnenkwam. Het was erg warm en comfortabel. De baas was super aardig en mijn oom was ook erg aardig. Hij hielp ons een parkeerplaats te vinden en hielp ons met het dragen van onze parkeerplaats Omdat we een gezin van drie waren, bracht hij zelfs kussens mee voor de kinderen. De locatie is geweldig. Na het uitchecken gaf de hospita me zelfs een geschenk , wat erg attent was. Over het algemeen was ik redelijk tevreden met mijn verblijf.

i saw many positive reviews and was excited to see if it was reality... Simply put, its worth visiting Luoyang just to stay at May Fourth Youth Hostel. The level of cleanliness, amicability, overall positive yet low-key ambience should be the standard across the country. From the music choice in the lobby to the staff who run it, It's clear it has been designed and is run by people who really understand what it means to be a traveller and what makes a good hotel. The rooms are spacious (sometimes hostels can feel claustophobic - but not here), with beds having more space than typical, good quality pillow and duvets. Suited for both travellers from the east and west, there are seated and squat toilets, with a large array of showers. The washing machine is great (if they had a couple of good Dryers too that would be amazing), as well as the communal rooms with vending machines, pool table, and seating area (including the lovely quiet library space) The location is decent too, a spacious cultural park is nearby with the hostel itself tucked away from the main street, creating convinience but not crowds. The price is perfect! ideal for young people, students and solo travellers visiting on a budget. My friend decided to stay here two more days just because of the comfort and facilities. As both a foreigner and a woman, i felt safe and welcome here so i reccommend friends from abroad to come check this place out. Possibly the best youth hostel i've had the pleasure of staying in oh also the little cat is so cute !

地點很方便，步行2分鐘就有1號公車可以直接坐到清明上河園和萬歲山武俠城。周圍有美食。尤其是轉角的徐家黏黏馍（清真）推薦你們一定要去買一下。鼓樓夜市和西司夜市也是步行十分鐘。比較推薦西司夜市。 自由行沒有交通工具的人，開封火車站打車基本費，公車也會到。 民宿的夫妻非常的貼心和用心，房間整理的非常乾淨，公共環境的衛生也非常得好，頂樓還有洗衣房跟曬衣區都非常的乾淨。 只能說我下次來開封，就只住這裡，推薦給你們，一定要來住。 這是一個適合自由旅行的城市❤️❤️

來焦作出差,選擇了這家酒店,環境很不錯，距離火車站非常近，周邊也有飯店和葯店診所！出行方便！！床很舒服，乾淨柔軟！房間乾淨整潔，有窗户，陰天採光也不錯。衞生間打掃很乾凈，乾濕分離特別方便！前台温柔親切🥰服務態度特別好！是非常好的一次體驗！下回還來哈哈哈😁

Een zeer gezellige homestay, de eigenaar is warm en gastvrij. We verbleven hier meerdere dagen. Hij hielp ons elke dag met het plannen van onze reis, reserveerde van tevoren een parkeerplaats voor ons en hielp ons met onze bagage. Ik ben de eigenaar vooral dankbaar. De B&B ligt vlak bij de oude stad, op korte loopafstand. Wij verbleven in een suite, alle kamers hebben ramen en zijn superschoon. Schoonmaak en aanvulling van benodigdheden worden elke dag geregeld. Het hoogtepunt is het eten dat de baas aanbeveelt, dat is economisch en zeer authentieke Luoyang-specialiteiten. Het weer is zonnig en de stemming is prachtig. Het mooie Luoyang is welverdiend.

The hotel is right next to the metro exit. The staff are all friendly, and the cleaning lady is diligent. One thing I don’t understand is that I saw a calico kitten locked inside the hotel restaurant two days in a row. I’m not sure whether it is the hotel’s cat or just a stray. It looks clean and well-fed, though. I hope it’s the hotel’s cat and that it’s kept inside for its own safety.

酒店一次性用品齊全，房間設施完善，第一次入住很滿意，下次還來工作人員態度親切，效率也很高出行方便，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵口房間乾淨明亮，陽光透進來讓人心情很好

The hotel location is superb as it is just next door to the train station. What make the stay even better is the services by the hotel reception. From being attentive to our request and giving us all the information, she also allowed us to extend our check out time. Fully recommended to stay there. It is not 4 star hotel but i give them a 5 star rating

Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.
