Voordelen: De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn fijn. Gratis handdoekverhuur. Oordopjes zijn aanwezig. Ruime badkamer en doucheruimte. Doucheruimte. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Nadelen: Kamers zijn oncomfortabel. Er is niet veel opbergruimte en er zijn geen stopcontacten in de muur naast het bed en geen gordijnen voor de ramen, dus het is te licht als je slaapt en het geluid van buiten is te luid (oordopjes worden gratis verstrekt en het is (oké, als je ze aantrekt), en het bed schudt zelfs als je het een beetje beweegt en de matras is ongemakkelijk. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik in elkaar ben geslagen. Het kussen is te hoog. Er is geen airconditioning in de kamer, waardoor de temperatuur niet geregeld kan worden. Kluisjes zijn tegen betaling beschikbaar.

Ik verbleef er drie nachten met een grote koffer van 30 kg. Mijn eerste indruk was dat de trap erg lastig te beklimmen was, en mijn kamer lag op de derde verdieping. lol Maar als je niet veel bagage hebt, denk ik dat het wel meevalt. Ik verbleef in een vierpersoonskamer voor vrouwen. Er was één spiegel in de kamer, maar één van de lampen was uit, waardoor het donker was en moeilijk te zien. Er waren geen stopcontacten op de t****e verdieping, waar stapelbedden stonden, dus ik kon mijn telefoon 's nachts niet opladen. Er waren kluisjes en ruimte om mijn koffer uit te spreiden. De douche was altijd schoon en niet vies, maar er waren er maar twee, dus het werd er druk tijdens drukke periodes.

Entry is easy to find and friendly staff with pre-served keys in box for late arrival. Room is very tidy and clean with sufficient space, nice wooden lookout and little yard, was a nice stay here, recommend!

Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

Reminiscent of English pubs and Australian country pubs. Perfect for a solo traveller needing somewhere for a night to restock and recharge. Staff are can-do and will communicate everything you need to know without being invasive at all. The pub is busy downstairs and with good reason. The menu is diverse enough for most appetites. The common room absorbs sound and sports channels on. Sticks to basics and succeeds. Other guests clearly get it too as all shared areas are kept clean and safe without any need for posting rules everywhere. Definitely on my Melbourne list.

The staff at help desk and helpful, gave clear info. Checked in at 6pm no issue, great having the help desk be open 24/7. The entry/cafe/front desk area had a small smell of cigarettes. Bed was comfortable and clean, only carpet was a bit dirty and the room smelled on mixed scents, primarily body odour, mixed shared room so not hostels issue just individuals different smells, ventilation was ok but would not recommend a windowless room with the scents issue. Guests seemed of a young adult demographic: Lots of young, foreign, Door Dash/Uber Eats workers. Bathroom/toilet amenities were sufficient but shower stream was changing from warm to cold water, which would be terrible if it was in the winter, but only slightly uncomfortable in the warmer month of December. Good option for securing luggage you don’t want to keep in the shared rooms.

The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.

We booked 2 double bed rooms and we love it! Tidy and clean! Rooms are warm enough with big bathrooms! The holiday park is beautiful and can access to seaside easily!

It’s a nice little place that did what it needed to do to keep a roof over my head. Slightly annoying that you have to use the bathroom/shower in seperate areas within the hotel but that was already known once paying for a room in advance.
