Ttansherlee: Easy after hour check in. Room is spacious and very affordable. We had a comfortable stay even for just 1 night.

GGastgebruiker: A lovely quiet relaxing place to stay. The room was very comfortable with lots of space, and had a nice sunny patio to sit outside for coffee. It was a short walk to the beach. Sufficirnt amenities for preparing our own food.

天天下過客: Pretty comfortable one night stay with this motel at hotel rate in Bicheno, bit different from our expectations in terms of room cleanliness and it’s very basic setup, guess because it is an old motel complex. Thou thumbs up for amenities including lovely smile hand & body cream and the non-leaking shower area, as a lot other hotels do have the watering issues👍 OK service at check-in as it is also the counter for the bar & drinks for the pub, so bit of wait and rush service.

GGuest User: While I selected pay at hotel in the booking of two nights, they immediately charged my credit card for one night. The 2nd night was charged the night prior to check in. When I checked credit card transactions, they over-charged charged 3.74. I contacted them, they then provided a receipt indicating credit card charge and agreed to refund. Be careful to check your credit card transaction. The villa location is far from sea, no chance to watch penguin at night. I asked them where I can see penguin, they asked me to join tour.

AAudrey Explorer: Spacious cottage, beautiful beds. However, the wifi is so poor from Redbill cottage that we cannot connect to internet. Telstra connection is very poor and intermittent. Hence, we have no internet connection during our stay at the hotel. The swim pool was not made available to use. Free laundry is much appreciated.

PPei-Jen Shaner: This apartment is close to where all the shops are, just a few minutes walk from coffee shops, grocery, pharmacy, and the penguin tour location. The apartment is clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. It even has a washing machine! There is a big deck out front, where you can enjoy the sun - there is also a grill! I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

KKA WAH: The environment is very good, the cleanliness is very good, all the supplies are complete, and the owner is attentive. It is worth considering for a family to travel and stay. When you go out of the room garden, you can see the little penguin.
