WWinnie WW Tse: The staff are super helpful and friendly. But the bathroom and toilet facilities are a bit outdated. The tap over the wash basin keeps dripping water and it's making loud dripping sound that it's disturbing our sleep. Since we only stayed for a couple of nights, so we did not bother to ask for change of room. Also, it really difficult to turn the tap on and off with these old-styled taps. Hopefully some renovation is in line soon when we come back next year to stay there...

GGastgebruiker: Voordelen: De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn fijn. Gratis handdoekverhuur. Oordopjes zijn aanwezig. Ruime badkamer en doucheruimte. Doucheruimte. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Nadelen: Kamers zijn oncomfortabel. Er is niet veel opbergruimte en er zijn geen stopcontacten in de muur naast het bed en geen gordijnen voor de ramen, dus het is te licht als je slaapt en het geluid van buiten is te luid (oordopjes worden gratis verstrekt en het is (oké, als je ze aantrekt), en het bed schudt zelfs als je het een beetje beweegt en de matras is ongemakkelijk. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik in elkaar ben geslagen. Het kussen is te hoog. Er is geen airconditioning in de kamer, waardoor de temperatuur niet geregeld kan worden. Kluisjes zijn tegen betaling beschikbaar.

MMo Mandy: Receptionists are very cheerful & helpful. We forgot the two girls name doing check in for us, they are Korean & Vietnam, they gave us speedy check in & information about free city train. The shower cubicle is in bad design, bathing water comes out & messing the bathroom floor. Bathroom amenities are ok except no toothbrush & toothpaste. Room size is fine for 2 luggage. The 4-night stay is ok!

AAnonieme gebruiker: A very budget friendly and basic apartment but it had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable enough. Some things to be aware of/room for improvement… It was quite noisy from the road behind at night, the bath floor was peeling, the shower temperature was very temperamental, the sink taps leaked and the freezer shelf was open and therefore made the fridge and our food very wet. However, given the location, friendliness of the staff and the price, I would said it’s good enough value for money

GGastgebruiker: Overall our stay was good. We had a little bit of an issue with the hot water in our shower, but it wasn’t the worst thing. I was a little bit disappointed that no one congratulated my partner and I getting married during our stay. I had mentioned it in the notes prior to our stay. We weren’t expecting anything complimentary, but just a simple “congratulations” or acknowledgement would’ve been nice. We found the concierge and restaurant workers to be a lot nicer than the service desk workers.

IiGwaNG: Absolutely loved our 2-night stay at YTI Garden Hotel The location was unbeatable -just steps away from the market and some of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out with two comfy single beds and a handy little kitchen that made all the difference. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond, even letting us store our luggage after checkout. Perfect blend of comfort and convenience-highly recommend!

XXin Yu_: Nice apartment for 2 pax. The layout is a bit odd as it’s a “circular” shape with the kitchenette in the middle, so the bed is quite far from the bathroom but it’s very spacious. The light switches need a bit of figuring out, esp the bedroom one was hidden behind the curtain lol. There’s only one AC in the living room but the weather was cold when we visited so it’s okay. Location was good with many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the trams. Supermarkets are a bit further, takes about 10-15mins. Nevertheless, quite central and convenient. The reception was also friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the sink drainage and it was resolved the next day. However, housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive. When we checked in, the kitchen bin wasn’t cleared and mugs had coffee stains. The floors weren’t vacuumed daily, table wasn’t wiped and we also had missing towels on one day. They didn’t provide us floor towels at all which I only realised when I went to the reception to collect the missing towels. Soap/amenities weren’t replenished promptly. Maybe we were expecting too much for daily cleaning but if so could have let us know. The kitchen was useful but some items like the frying ladle, chopping board need replacement. Would be good if dishwashing liquid could be provided, we had to buy our own. Very happy with the hot water throughout our stay as we are not used to the cold. Overall still a pleasant stay and enjoyed our trip in Melbourne! If the improvements to housekeeping and amenities could be made, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

NNaChanlovestravel: it was a nice and neat apartment to stay with my fam, it's convenient to the city via tram and a lot of nice coffee places around. Only it doesn't has a parking lot itself. though they provided me help with the connected parking site around two streets away. I definitely will go visit again.
