Everything was great, except that you cannot have a taxi pick you up at the hotel. Must be a city ordinance for old town So you have to walk with all your luggage away from Old Town.

Amazing experience at The Cloud One Gdansk. The interior is very impressive and modern. The location is perfect, everything you need is a short work away and there’s also a 24 hour shop across the street. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Top location - just in the heart of the old town of Gdansk. Spotless clean and modern. Super comfy bed and linen! Hot and clean shower, very good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. We stopten bij deze accommodatie om onze lange reis te onderbreken, en ik ben blij met onze keuze. De gastheer woont vlakbij de luchthaven, wat tijd en verkeer bespaart. Het is 20 minuten met de taxi van het stadscentrum en de waterkant. Omgeven door groen, volledige stilte, frisse lucht, en het terrein is zorgvuldig ingericht. Naast al het comfort en de voorzieningen maken de mensen altijd het verschil. We vonden het personeel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Natalia en haar collega zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden door heerlijk eten vers te bereiden, en omdat we iets te vroeg aankwamen, was het echt attent van hen om ons vroeg in onze kamer te laten. Dank jullie wel. Als ik ooit terugkom in Gdansk, kom ik hier zeker weer.

Amazing
We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room matched the photos perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent, as the train station was within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to travel to Sopot, Gdansk, etc. The only downside was that the cutlery and plates at breakfast were occasionally not completely clean. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was very positive and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated. The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade. We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

LLiatravelistaGreat location at old town. Clean room with good soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. It’s convenient that they place a water dispenser on every floor too. Save time and money on getting drinking water outside. Breakfast variety is good enough definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Gdansk.

AAnton KrasnovThe room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

The bathroom is equipped with a bottle of shower shampoo containing ginseng essence, one large and one small towel, fixed hair dryer and toilet paper. No slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste. The room has a fan, coffee and tea bags, and a kettle. There are two supermarkets right outside the hotel, the cheapest brand supermarket and Carrefour that are popular among locals. There is a bus station just outside the hotel. You can go to the Central Railway Station for 4.8 yuan one way, or transfer to the bus and light rail within 75 minutes for 6 yuan. The nearest Italian restaurant is 1.5 kilometers away, but the front desk will help with ordering. There are delicious pizzas and Polish dishes. Overall, the breakfast was good, the front desk was nice, and the transportation was convenient.

Amber hotel did not disappoint. Very speedy check-in, clean room with new and functional amenities. I liked that windows can be opened to air the room if necessary, and radiator temperature can be regulated. Nice tea cups with electric kettle - just what I needed after a winter day out. Nothing to complain about. I didn't see any shops or supermarkets anywhere near the hotel, but it's not really far from downtown. Breakfast and a cafe with a la carte menu are available in the hotel. Thank you, Trip, for competetive prices!

As a solo female traveller arriving at 1am from the airport I felt the location was off the beaten track and felt uncomfortable arriving so late. The hotel room was very clean. Nothing was plugged in though and had put stuff in the fridge overnight not realising that it wasn't plugged in! Lots of towels and nice to have a hairdryer provided. The shower did not drain the water so you are paddling in water, then it slowly drained after I had got out of the shower. I felt safe and secure once in the bedroom.

JJudyThis hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old town~ whether you’re walking to cafes and bars or shopping Centre or sightseeing or the shopping mall~ it’s all nearby. For breakfast, there’s a little restaurant tat serves great quality food. Called Stodko Stone. You’d sometimes hear drunken tourist making a noise so I’d suggest you request a room away from the Main Street. Remember to request all passwords to be sent to you asap in case when booking these apartment stays.
