Ik zou dit budgethotel een 2/5 geven. De locatie is het grootste voordeel, gunstig gelegen dicht bij belangrijke attracties en het openbaar vervoer. De algehele ervaring was echter teleurstellend. De service was slecht, ik werd twee keer belast voor mijn verblijf en het restitutieproces duurt lang. Gelukkig hielp trip.com me om contact op te nemen en ik kreeg heel snel antwoord van het hotel. Ik zag haar in de wasbak en een vlek op de kussensloop toen ik net de kamer binnenkwam. Voor een budgethotel was de prijs extreem hoog en kwam niet overeen met de kwaliteit van de service of faciliteiten die werden geboden. De kamers waren eenvoudig en misten voorzieningen, waardoor het te duur aanvoelde en de kosten niet waard was. Hoewel de locatie uitstekend is, maken de ondermaatse service en het gebrek aan waar voor je geld het moeilijk om dit hotel aan te bevelen. Er zijn waarschijnlijk betere opties in dezelfde omgeving voor een redelijkere prijs.

Ik moet dit hotel beoordelen. Laat ik eerst dit zeggen: als ik ooit terugkom naar Tromsø, zou dit absoluut mijn eerste keuze zijn. We verbleven in kamer 622, een kamer met één slaapkamer, één woonkamer en uitzicht, die erg ruim was. Ik denk dat ze ons een upgrade hebben gegeven. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de locatie was erg handig – alles was binnen 15 minuten lopen. Ik snap niet waarom het zo'n lage Ctrip-beoordeling heeft; dat zou het niet moeten hebben. Zozeer zelfs dat ik het, toen ik later verbleef in het Thon Hotel in Oslo, dat een beoordeling van 4,6 had, eigenlijk vrij gemiddeld vond.

Ik hou van het slimme hotel, makkelijk inchecken. Perfecte locatie met bus, veerbootterminal, boodschappen, winkelcentrum allemaal binnen 5 minuten lopen. De kamer is ook ruim. Zeker waar voor je geld. Ik zal iedereen aanraden om te verblijven als je in Harstad bent.

Conveniently located near the waterfront. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. Perfect for a short stay in Tromsø.

We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

Nice, simple hotel with double bed, a small desk and closet bathroom but for the price, it was good enough for one night. Close distance away from Port, shopping mall, and tourist information as well as the Airport. The man at the desk was very helpful getting us in to another room when the TV didn't work.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij de luchthaven, en het meest verrassende was het zien van het mooiste noorderlicht op de Lofoten, met allerlei dansende kleuren. Het ontbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid, het personeel was erg aardig en er was zelfs een gratis koffiebar en een magnetron. Ik vond het echt geweldig.

The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.
