Das Hotel und die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, aber das ist wirklich kein Problem, denn:
Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten sind breit, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbüffet ist groß und lecker!
Ein Restaurant gab es im Hotel nicht, aber fußläufig sind einige gut bewertete Restaurants erreichbar.
Der Parkplatz liegt hinter den Haus. Leider gibt es dort keinen Zugang zum Hotel und man muss das Haus umrunden um hinein zu kommen

Stayed here with last min booking. My rooms was too hot that time so I just open the window.
For those whi want to stay here I suggest prepare small cabin lugggage instead of bring all the lugggae to the room if you got the 1st floor room. Because you need to use the stairs
Anyway this hotel has a pretty decoration for the Christmas
They dont provide any amenities. And you need to pay for it. As most of the Northern Europe hotel

วันแรกที่เข้าพัก พบว่าในโถส้วมมีสิ่งสกปรกอยู่ พนักงานทำความสะอาดไม่ดี ในส่วนอื่นๆสะอาดเรียบร้อย ห้องพักดี วิวสวย ทำเลก็ดีมาก ชอบพื้นห้องน้ำมีฮีตเตอร์ อุ่นดีมากๆค่ะ การบริการก็ดี มีเครื่องทำกาแฟบริการฟรีด้วยค่ะ โดยรวมดีมากๆค่ะ

Unique and great experience staying in the ice room! Overall there were loads of activities in the Snow Hotel to try, and we are lucky enough to even see the Aurora right at the hotel itself before we joined a tour to chase the lights. For the king crab safari, it was informative. However, while everyone was entitled to taste half a crab (4 legs), they only served 2 legs first and left the rest on another table. There were some guests who took more so we didn't get our remaining share. Snowhotel should look into individual servings for fairness as we should get what we paid for. We didn't try husky sledding there but it was fun playing with the dogs.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Art Fußgängerzone. Als Parkplatz nutzt man den des Einkaufszentrums schräg gegenüber des Hotels. Dieser ist tagsüber gebührenpflichtig.
Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und die Vorhänge dunkelten gut ab. Die Betten waren etwas schmal.
Im Restaurant gab es Tapas. Lauter kleine Gerichte zum auswählen. Bestellen konnte man über das Smartphone. Kleine Burger, kleine Lasagne, alles klein, so das man viele verschiedene Dinge probieren kann. Preislich war es angemessen, alles wirklich köstlich. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns!

Great place to stay if you decided to head up to the northern cape. Also it is a 15 mins drive to a view point to see the northern light. Also a 10 mins drive to the town for food.
FYI: road to north cape will be closed if weather condition is bad, so cater more than 1 night here if you really want to go up to the north cape in winter.

HHans jr.The hotel and its amenities are a bit dated, but that's really not a problem: The rooms are spacious, the beds are wide, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are several well-reviewed restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot is behind the building. Unfortunately, there is no access to the hotel from there, and you have to walk around the building to get in.
