3-Starhotels in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan

My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night. At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.

Excellent place to stay that has an onsen at its highest floor. It has both an indoor and outdoor onsen. Their room was standard fare for most Japanese hotels. It’s the little things that add to the charm like free pudding dessert and bottled water. They also have free popsicles and probiotic drinks to enjoy after an onsen session. A big plus especially for families is the numerous washers and dryers in their laundry room. In the evening, they also have free ramen for supper. Overall, great value and experience makes it a great choice.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality.

U stapt uit bij de westelijke uitgang van het busstation. De navigatie op de bestelling (Google) kan niet naar het hotel worden geleid, en de navigatie kan niet worden uitgevoerd door het adres op Google in te voeren. Uiteindelijk gaf de receptionist van het Smile Hotel bij de westelijke ingang me een kaart, en ik vond het hotel bij de oostelijke ingang. Je kunt het zelfs snel vinden van Exit Station West naar Exit Station Oost door door de binnenstationpassage te lopen. Het hotel is schoon en netjes, de kamerfaciliteiten zijn ook goed en er is gratis koffie en thee op de eerste verdieping.

De locatie is goed, pal boven het station, maar verder is de geluidsisolatie verschrikkelijk. Het gesnurk van de buren is alsof het in mijn oor zit, en de bagage in de gang is ook erg helder. Er is geen water, alleen filterkoffie en zwarte thee bij de hoofdbalie op de derde verdieping. Tandenborstels zijn daar ook verkrijgbaar, maar er is geen kam.

We stayed here for 3 nights and Neon hotel really given us a beautiful experience in Kanazawa. Good location that can lead you to many famous restaurants and shopping. Well equipped especially washing machine that helped a lot for a family with kids. The amazing bed offered me sweet dreams every night. There is only one thing unpleasant. When we first checked in in Hotel Kanazawa, the staff told me there is no hotel parking lot “ you have to find coin parking please “ then tried to rush me go before my next question ( even tho he was smiling) But we found hotel parking right next to the hotel less than 1 minute walk. Other than that everything is perfect!

Het was erg schoon! De koelkast is wat zwak, maar hij houdt drankjes prima koel. Ik denk dat er alleen schoongemaakt wordt als je vier nachten of langer blijft, maar dat stoorde me niet. De handdoeken werden elke dag verschoond, wat geweldig was. Ik vond het fijn dat ik YouTube, Netflix, enzovoort op mijn kamer kon kijken.

部屋は少し狭かったですが、コンパクトに必要な物が全てまとまっていました。大浴場の更衣室のロッカーが狭くて混雑時には着替えが大変でした。お湯はとろみがあって良いお風呂でした、

A normal hotel pretty near the train and bus stations. However the rooms are small and the walls are thin that you can hear a sneezing in the room on the floor. The rooms are clean, has small tv and little bath. 一家普通的酒店，离火车站和汽车站很近。但是房间很小，墙很薄，打喷嚏的声音都能在地板上听到。房间很干净，电视和浴室都很小。

Zeer goede locatie. Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden, maar toch omringd door cafés en winkels. Er is een bushalte in de buurt. Comfortabel bed, goede wifi. Nadelen: Je kunt niet slapen met het raam open; het is erg gehorig. Fel licht van het gebouw aan de overkant schijnt de hele nacht door het raam. Er zijn apparaten, maar als je ze dichtdoet, weet je niet wanneer het ochtend is – daar ben ik niet aan gewend. De koelkast maakt ook veel lawaai, waardoor ik moeilijk kan slapen. Het toilet bevindt zich bij de ingang van de badkamer en blokkeert de helft van de deuropening. Het wordt maar eens in de vier dagen schoongemaakt.
