I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to Airport, 10 min from the IGI. They provide you Airport pickup and drop facility as well.

Ik ben hier inmiddels al meerdere keren geweest. Altijd vanwege een tussenstop van of naar het vliegveld. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de luchthaven en is snel te bereiken. Er is een pendeldienst naar de luchthaven beschikbaar tegen betaling. Als *** tijd heeft: om de hoek ligt een voetgangersgebied met veel restaurants en bars.
Over het algemeen ben ik tevreden en kom graag nog eens terug.
Het vreemde is dat de prijzen steeds veranderen. Ik heb het bedrag dat ik al betaald had, nooit teruggekregen. Prijzen gaan op en neer. *** kan niet verklaren waarom dit gebeurt.

The service was very good, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive whenever needed. The hotel was spotless, well organized and truly felt brand new.
Everything was comfortable and hassle free, making the stay pleasant and relaxing.

Бельё очень чистое, белое и качественное.
В номере есть всё необходимое включая: фен, чайник с принадлежностями, холодильник и даже гладильная доска (но без утюга).
На первом этаже есть даже бесплатный мини-бар с напитками различными.
Вода горячая была всегда.
Рекомендую этот отель.

Hotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

We boekten een kamer met tweepersoonsbed en het beste deel was het bovenste bed waar de airco zich recht boven bevindt en het voelt zeer comfortabel om in te slapen. Voor een hotel dat goedkoop is, heeft het internationale normen en is het een unieke moderne lijn hotels. Wat ik leuk vind, is de optie voor roomservice met een streepjescode, waarbij je gewoon een code scant en alles aanvinkt wat je wilt, en het binnen enkele minuten op je kamer laat bezorgen

GGuest UserThe hotel is a good option for traveling passengers not far from the airport. Besides there is a big plus that the hotel provides free transportation to the airport terminal. The personnel is attentive and provided me upon my request the portable heater and helped with the copies of passport. Of course not a renowned chain hotel but with its price I believe it is a good place with good breakfast.

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

GGuest UserHad 2 nights stay in this hotel. I Booked in advanced deluxe room at the 3d floor (according to the booking). On photos it showed that it have windows and bigger room.
But when i arrived to the hotel staff gave me the key from the room at the 1 st floor and said that tbat was a deluxe. I saw that too many guests stayed in the hotek so it srems to mee tbat they had overbooking and gave me a worse room.
No any questions about the cleaning but no one suggested me another room

He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured all my needs were promptly met. Arun professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service! Very beautiful hotel in a convenient location of Delhi. The higher rooms have amazing views of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will secure your luggage if you arrive early. We loved the quick access to the train and so many amazing restaurants. There is a coffee shop on main road near customer service. The rooms are very quiet and spacious.
