Het reisbureau haalt u 15 minuten van tevoren op bij de hoteldeur. Maar in feite is er een activiteitenreserveringscentrum aan de rechterkant van de receptie van dit iglo-hotel in de wildernis zodra je binnenkomt. Dit wildernishotel biedt vele activiteiten, waaronder ijsvissen, motorboot varen, wandelen en aurora-jagen. U hoeft alleen maar te betalen om u aan te melden bij de receptie en tien minuten van tevoren te verzamelen. Alle activiteiten hier zijn voorzien van een volledige set professionele buitenuitrusting, zoals kleding, hoeden, handschoenen en schoenen. Over kleding hoeft u zich helemaal geen zorgen te maken! Qua comfort is de Aurora Lodge iets kouder. Er is immers een groot glazen dak. Als het sneeuwt, hoef je je geen zorgen te maken. Er is een one-touch verwarmingsknop in het huis om de sneeuw te laten smelten , wat erg handig is. Er zijn nog steeds geen slippers en badjassen. Als u een sauna nodig heeft, moet u naar de receptie om een ​​reservering te maken voor 10 euro/half uur. Ik heb je de sleutel gegeven en ben naar de sauna gegaan op de laatste rij van de Aurora Lodge. De gevangenis heeft drie uur daglicht om de sauna te gebruiken, anders is het pikdonker. Inari-verrassing: er zijn Tesla-laadstations, vergeet niet om de aurora-voorspellingsapp en andere herinneringen te downloaden, dus ging ik naar het hotelmeer om foto's te maken van de aurora. Inari kan contact opnemen met een taxi als hij naar Ivalo Airport gaat. Het visitekaartje van de taxichauffeur staat ook op de foto. Hij is een lokale chauffeur en de meter kost bijna 100 euro. Personal freundlich. Gute Lage & die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Preis Leistung ist nicht sonderlich gut. Bettwäsche bei dem Preis noch nicht mal enthalten. Ausstattung eher schlecht.

The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Excellent hostel in a central location! I was able to walk to the local attractions and shops quite easily. Staff is friendly and helpful and the hostel is clean. Sheets and towels are provided and a coded locker too. The best part was the free use of the sauna for one hour in the evening, very enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again!
