Excelente hotel. Nos dieron una habitación grandísima y para nuestra sorpresa con una terraza muy amplia. Nos ha sorprendido positivamente el tamaño de las habitaciones. Todo muy limpio y el personal fue muy amable

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Het hotel was erg schoon! Het supercomfortabele bed! Er komt een geweldige aangename verrassing

The hotel is very clean and offers good service. It's located right next to the highway, which is great if you're just passing through. However, if your purpose is to visit Bilbao, the hotel is quite far from the city center and public transport options are limited. You'll need a car, but be aware of the high parking costs in the city.

Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

Zeer vriendelijk bij de receptie, goede locatie, correct ontbijt. Er is maar één ding tegen: op de data dat we er zijn, zouden ze de verwarming een beetje aan moeten zetten, ik zat op de 9e verdieping en het was behoorlijk koud.

Appreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.

Lachend personeel dat heel goed Frans spreekt, maar de twee zeer slechte punten zijn de kamer voor mindervaliden met toegang op de overloop, direct bij de lift, en vooral de toegang van alle andere gasten, met of zonder kinderen. Ze hebben geen enkel respect voor de mensen in de kamers. Het avondpersoneel, dat net beneden zit (op een niet-afgesloten verdieping), hoort de kinderen rennen en schreeuwen en zegt niets, en dat tot 23:30 uur. De maaltijd die een restaurant wordt genoemd, is meer een snack dan een restaurant. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is te duur, maar het wordt overal geserveerd, vandaar de prijs. Jammer, want de kamers zijn ruim en schoon, en het personeel bij de receptie en de catering is erg vriendelijk.

Excellent niveau de propriété, tout est neuf a l'intérieur. Le service était impeccable même le jour de l'an ! Ce n' est pas loin de l'autoroute mais au calme donc c'est pratique comme étape pour une nuit. La personne a la réception nous a expliqué où aller à San Sébastien et pris le temps de nous dire où il faut se garer etc. Merci !

Een oud en daarmee erg gehorig hotel. Toen bijvoorbeeld mijn bovenburen hun wandelschoenen uitschopten, maakte dat zo'n lawaai dat ik van schrik rechtop in bed zat. Kamer okay, in de zin dat alles er is Niet erg gezellig. Ontbijt basic, bv. slechts 2 soorten hartig broodbeleg. Het avondeten daarentegen (3 gangenmenu met per gang 5 keuzes) was top. Ook de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de receptionistes was fantastisch. Het hotel is dicht bij zee en 20 minuten lopen van trein en bus.
