over all good location near to tram station and clean . the wifi was most of time not working and bad connection and i noformed the receiption about that but other 2 days was not solved so i had to use my cellphone data all 3 days i stay

If a hotel's rating was based purely on the room itself, I would recommend this hotel. However, there are a number of things that were very dissapointing. 1. No toothbrush available. Not even to purchase. The receptionist told me in a cheerful, singsong voice that the hotel has no toothbrushes, followed by a very insincere 'sorry'. If id been informed of this in advance i would have brought my own but my booking was for a long layover and my luggage was checked through to the next destination. 2. The hot water wasn't hot. It was quite warm but i wanted a hot shower and couldnt get one. 3. No airport shuttle despite information about a shuttle being available in various places on the web. When I asked to have a taxi booked, I was told i could walk as its only 10 minutes. It might be 10 minutes but its alongside a flyover and very busy roads into the airport. It is also the middle of winter. I insisted on a taxi. The welcome brochure has a guarantee of happiness on the back, however that's really a false promise if they can't even supply a toothrush.

Dit hotel was perfect om mijn reis naar Duitsland af te sluiten. De locatie is rustig, ook al ligt het vlakbij het treinstation, en het was heerlijk om er video's van te maken. Van alle drie de hotels die ik heb bezocht, was dit hotel het schoonst en had het het mooiste interieur. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, zelfs 's avonds laat. Ze hebben een eigen bar en restaurant, perfect als je gewoon wilt ontspannen na een lange reis. Op slechts 10-15 minuten lopen ligt het vlakbij de Skyline Plaza (winkelcentrum), perfect voor je lastminute shopping... Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water. Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

Mooi hotel ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Frankfurt. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand bereikbaar. Hotel is goed, kleine kamer zonder kastruimte, maar comfortabel. De receptie en de bar is 24/7 open, uitstekend en compleet ontbijt.

De sfeer deed me denken aan een Toyoko Inn in Japan, wat me een prettig gevoel gaf. Het bad was schoon, dus ik kon me zonder zorgen wassen. Ik keek uit naar de rijst met misosoep als ontbijt, maar de misosoep was waterig en het andere eten was ook niet erg lekker. Ze serveerden ook shabu-shabu, dus dat heb ik geprobeerd. Het was niet slecht, maar ook niet bijzonder lekker. Het ontbijt wordt om 9:30 uur opgeruimd en wordt tegen het einde niet meer bijgevuld, dus het is het beste om vroeg te gaan.

Het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij de metro-ingang van station Frankfurt-Oost. Het is schoon, handig en heeft een goede service-instelling. Ik heb meerdere keren in het Hampton by Hilton verbleven tijdens mijn zakenreis naar Duitsland. Ze zijn altijd erg goed. Er is een waterkoker die water kan koken.
