Het hotel is prachtig ingericht. Onze kamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden (twin room scenic) was prima geschikt voor twee volwassenen en twee kleine kinderen (3 en 5 jaar oud). We hadden wat moeite met het online boeken van tickets voor de Tianmen-berg (hiervoor heb je een QR-code nodig; vraag in het hotel naar de folder of plattegrond). Tip: Voor lijn B kun je tickets vanaf 7:00 uur 's ochtends aan de kassa kopen voor dezelfde dag en ze zijn direct geldig, zonder tijdslot.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and offered spectacular views of the city, especially at night. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The combination of stunning views, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level.

Great place to stay. Good medium clean room, it was not noisy for us as we stay on the 4th/5th floor. Close to most of the attractions, so we just walk as we only did a short stay in Changsa, which the hotel is a good choice for limited time couples. The toilet only has 1 sharing door for bath & toilet so it will be awkward if staying with friends 😆

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and incredibly helpful, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with Zhangjiajie. They went above and beyond to provide us with useful travel tips and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was truly outstanding, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is also perfect, very strategic and convenient for exploring the main attractions in Zhangjiajie. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Het hotel is zeer goed. Uitstekende locatie voor degenen die de Tianmen-berg komen bezoeken. Het Tianmen-lanceercomplex is eenvoudig zichtbaar vanuit het raam van onze kamer). We werden opgehaald bij het treinstation en gratis naar het hotel gebracht. We checkten snel en vóór de inchecktijd in. De kamer is groot. Toegegeven, we hebben het in Japanse stijl gekregen, zonder stoelen, wat lastig bleek te zijn, maar dit is niet kritisch. Maar ze trakteerden ons op echte thee. Het enige hotel tijdens onze reis naar China! Er zijn eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel en er zijn winkels in de omgeving. Voor de prijs van de kamer is dit een vondst. Ja, vliegtuigen stijgen op boven het hotel, maar ze vertrokken niet 's nachts, het was goed om te slapen. Ik beveel dit hotel aan iedereen aan

Xiao Le en Xiao Fang zijn twee fantastische medewerkers! Toen we iets kwijt waren, kwamen ze proactief naar ons toe om te vragen of ze konden helpen, nog voordat wij er zelf naar hoefden te zoeken. Het hotel zelf is ook uitstekend, met een ontzettend gastvrije service. Ik kan dit hotel dan ook van harte aanbevelen! Er is ook een zwembad en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Helaas moesten we tijdens de meivakantie elke dag vroeg op pad, waardoor we maar één keer van het ontbijt hebben kunnen genieten. De daktuin was een absolute verrassing! De sterjasmijn stond prachtig in bloei, en we hebben er een heerlijke middag doorgebracht.

the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise.
