Very Good service from the hotel staff.its just 1 km from the tianmen cable car station..rooms are very good and neat. they provide complementary airport pick up for trip.com bookings..nice small boutique kinda stay where you feel comfortable. .

The staff were nice but the hotel is a little uncomfortable with the light that comes in from the glass bathrooms. Breakfast was just ok. Not very close to stores or walking distance to tourist places.

The breakfast is okay but meals in the adjacent restaurant leave a lot to be desired. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Ideally located for the mountain tours and the city centre is just a short walk away.

Pros:
Room was clean with dry Japanese style western toilet (Japanese cleanness is there as well which we appreciated). Spacious room with nice decorations. Attentive and welcoming staff.
Cons:
Corridor smelled bad (wet carpets perhaps). They tried to charge breakfast for 2x 10 year old kids who were included in the room rate I thought that was a bit unnecessary (it's not like two 10 year old will eat a lot). We ended up refusing to take the breakfast altogether. Management should look into this please.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Room is not so big, but the location is perfect. It takes only 10 minute to get to the Tianmen cableway ticket centre. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are so kind and helpful. They offered free pick up service and you can try tea ceremony at the hotel.
